Reading thru the Kobe analysis and debate, I think Sir Oracle was right in his ur initial assessment.
...but Mcy56 is also right except that she seems to be mixing things up with using/attaching the Naira (N), and Kobo (k) alphabet sign.

Now Let's analyse it better;
In kobo terms, 100 kobo= 1 NAIRA (i.e 100k= N1).
...therefore 1k= N1/100= N0.01
So 4k= 0.01 × 4= N0.04 and not 0.04k as she had put it out in her many write-up.

Hence Oracle was right that 1k is greater that 0.04k or even 0.4k.
...however, 1k is less than N0.04 (which is 4k), and N0.4 (which is 40k).

Hope this puts an end to the debate.
