I've passed two classes. In my third now i hope to pass again.
From ttc(exhausting) God took me to preggy thread(what a journey) and now here i am on the NEW BORN thread(expecting the best) with my miracle bundle.

So, on getting there they checked me. As the female nurse was checking, a male nurse walked in na so i jump comot from table nd said see man o d female nurse was like ehen? He'll check u when time comes mtchew labour neva hook u, u'll beg him to check u. When it hooks you, you wont know man from woman
She suggested i stay but i kinda refused cos i felt lemme not give my kpekus to the eyes of a male nurse.
I returned home.

I was just bearing my crossing when my neughbour(a good one) called to know how i was doing as we were talking na so HOTWATER contraction hook me i just throway the fone nd shouted YEPA! before two minis mama don reach my apartment. She brot communion, prayed nd said my dota d time has come. Carry ur bag baby don dey road. Na so i dress up as the mama left i sidown for veranda dey manage the pain. I will close my eyes for few minutes nd groan for another few minis until ivfinally took my mat outside my apartment kpatakpata nd was silently crying. After like one hour i came back in. This time with tears all over my face. I sat naked on the floor. My inlaws were there o as i just start to pull cloth na so everyone pick race into their room. I sat stack naked on bare floor rolling nd crying when i felt something comout of my vajayjay as i look am na mucus plug. Na there i shout for dh say i wan go hospital. As we reach gate of hospital they were doing anyhow na so i bust cry. The officer quickly run go open the gate. I got to maternity this time with just my gown. No bra, no pant, only bathroom slippers nd each time the pain came i go fold d gown go up dey shout Jesu! The slippers felt like a log of iroko on my feet but for dh i was just managing to move with it. As i entered maternity the useless nurse said this is what i was talking about. You are now in labour.
I climbed the tabke she checked nd said muttered something. I asked how far? She said 5cm in my heart i said ope o. I neva knew i was just starting d contractions became intense wt only few seconds of rest.
By 12am i started shouting nurse nurse o nurse she came nd i said plz check me. She didnt want to but when i started beggging that meme where d man was begging for only one round of sex the nurse kuku pity me nd checked lo nd behold i was only 6cm dilated where i thot i had reached 10 or atleast 9cm. Na so i bust into anoda level of cry

Ad she said 6cm i felt she was joking(i dnt know why i felt she was joking but it wasnt a joke!
Then they asked me to lie on my left. I turned left oooooo but couldnt bear it again then i got up nd said nurse why must it be left nd not right? She didnt answer. As d contractions began again i started screaming: i want to face right o nurse right plz nurse lemme face right, i beg u nursebjust allow me face right small even if na 2minis. D nurse now started explaining jargons couldnt comprehend. Later my mind just reminded me i wasnt in chains na so i change position to right. When contractions came again i turned to nurse nd said nurse dont be offended plz i want to go back to left. I turned again. The third time i told the nurse say nurse Kalu i cant beg again o i want to face up. She was jus looking at me. After like one hour she left to rest her head. I was alone. I just jump down from bed lije wrestler, went to the ward. I met one oda nurse there, i tapped her nd said madam plz pray for me, am dieing. She was shocked nd escorted me back to d labour ward. She prayed after sometime she slept off na so i waka go meet nurse Kalu nd started to quarrel with her abt me being alone in labour ward. Na so anoda contraction come. I didnt know when i entered akanchawa nd started to sing it. They took me back to the labour ward. Anoda 2minis contractions came again i enter Yoruba songs. As the labour proceeded i started shouting waiyo allah waiyo allah. The nurses were confused larer i entered my dialect nd started asking God to help me. Then one of the nurses now said ehen thats how u shld do be calling Jesus. I entered anoda round of shouting this time it was yeparipa oluwami o

They had to administer ox.y.to.xin as they fixed d canula immediately i aensed what they wanted to do i opted to use the toilet. I went n nd locked the toilet door they started begging me to come out. They had to goan bring dh to coman help dem beg me. After a while i came without the canula. They had to fix a new one nd boom they started d drip dat was how the madness increased. I started shouting my fada nd moda to no avail i superfly from the bed to the ground nd said i needed space i wanted to run. The nurse was like run as how? I said i have strength i want to run intothe bush plz allow me. As i turn see dh na so i use force turn hold his shirt nd started tearing it and was saying look at what u cosd if i were single this wont happen. The man just stood there begging me to cooperate. I turnwd to nurse Kalu nd said plz hold me, am in pains who asked to agree? Na so i start to dey break d nurse finger with all my strength. I left her nd faced bedspread na so i shout i want to tear something i just hold d bedspread tear an into two. Again as d drip progressed i started saying sojo(army doc) plz help me. D doc said cooperare so we can help u na so i spark o because am in ur hospital, ordinary yeye soldier is trearing me anyhow. You are wicked. Officer you are wicked o. Just to help me officer. D officer now said anoda six months now u will start antenatal again na so i vex look her wt terrible bad eye.
I shout sotae their oga came to check what was happening nd said oh na born she dey born.

I curse them, fight them, warn them, beg them, do all sorts of things till finally, i had the urge to poo. I told the nurse she said poo there. I said no ooo no plz i cant poo in u pple's presence. My butt loss value because i kept slapping it once contractions come. I told dh stop rubbing my back rub my butt. D man jejely carey hand dey rub my frosh butt but wt fear for him eyes until i said stop! I dont want again just go, goooo oga get out of here now!

Then she put her hand nd said ur see babys head once u get d urge to poo plz push na so puuuuuuush kpaka nothing. The officer provoke for me saying since you have been wasting ur energy shouting now you are proving lazy. I go so slap ur butt if u no push. Do u want to injure ur child? As the urge came again i puuuuuush nothing dat was how they brought out a scissors like equipment as i pushed again i heard & felt cut chakam! There the head came out i pushed the last nd the remaining body came out @ 5:05am weighing 3.5kg with a loud cry nd hand struggling to enter mouth.

They took him and we continued with placenta which came out after sometime looking very large according to the nurses. They now started saying you sure say na only one baby?
They stitched the scissor cut nd the cervix tear.
After all said nd done i just got up like i did during labour nd was forming going to maternity ward where i just became blank and fell on the floor nd fainted abi na pass out(i fear o) they rushed me back and administered drip which lasted for about two hours.
I saw my John all looking so handsome and ingredient. Then i said to myself: congratulations you are now a mommy

Only for one of the nurses to coman be asking me, madam abeg what tribe exactly are you? She asked me during labour i told i forgot as my brain was filled with pains

I apologised to each and every nurse present and dh gave them moni to share among themselves with preferencial treatment to nurse Kalu.

My appreciation goes to all mamas Atc, preggy, waddlers, newmoms, oldmoms, grandmas etc. Preggy threaders una do well

The hair is from her father's family o, I don't use anything on it. We only wash with soap once or twice weekly. All other washing is just to run water through. Was using baby oil on it till I learnt mineral oils are not good for the hair so we switched to coconut oil. I feel like eating her head after rubbing it on.

How's your baby doing?

Which means i have to stop regular washing nd oiling of John's hair

It started on wednesday 10/01/18 at about 7pm. I was in the toilet when i had d urge to throw up. As i tried to turn na so i vomit for the whole toilet. I started feelng feverish nd pains down below. I thot it was labour on getting to hosputal the nurse laffed and said you have not started go home. I kuku return home. The next morning the hospital called me to come for check. After d check i went to market. As i was buying, d pains continued but a bit intense. After buying i stocked my house jeje in pains because my lazy dh will die if i dont make provisions. I couldnt cook.
By 7pm d contractions became worse. We went to asibitu again

It happened to me too at some point. I ate @ my friend's(i always made sure she cooked long before my arrival)or i down mealtpile(pie) with milo. My house food wont pass but when i reach outside i want to eat to the extent of eating their pots. Eat out or take a very faaaaaaaaar walk whenever ur sis is cooking
