I've been having dis ache on my right bumbum and its aches me real bad, now d pain has descended to my leg and I can barely walk
I've also been so uncomfortable sleeping on my side especially d left side ..........I feel so down due to backache, bumbum ache, leg ache join, in fact e con be like say e get ppl wey dey do me(although I dey suspect some here )

Abeg mamas, what can I do to ease these pains? Especially d one wey attached right side bumbum plus leg?

I got a long broom midway into pregnancy. That way I could sweep standing. Sweep and gather and ask your uncle's wife to please come and help you pack the dorty since she's so hardworking

Following the nurse's instructions.
Pushing at the right time helps to minimize tears.
Perineal massage and squats.
Epidural.
Size of baby.
Luck.... . Some do none and have a tearless delivery. Some do all and have massive tears plus episiotomy sef.

But not to worry, even if you have tears and stitched good, it'll take about a week to heal properly with regular sitzbath and pain relieving drugs.

Some complain bloating makes them show too early, some complain they don't have any bump to show for all the stress they are going through

Some complain of insomnia, some sleep like someone bitten by tsetse - fly
Some glow in beauty, some burnt and ugly
Some with MS, some without MS
Everybody with her own wahala

Yet it's all part of the package, they say

Mama curvilicious has finally brought me out of my peeping! How are you and John?
When i see those two red lines, I'll start crying and thanking God but won't tell hubby. I'll most likely head to the hospital for a bpt. I'll get the result, head to a gift shop and get a nice gift package and wrap it up. I'll get a blue and pink cake and bring them home as a gift for hubby. I'll kneel down and cry my eyes out to God in gratitude... can't wait for this feeling
