mama, i beg to disagree small..
i dont think its right treating iui same as ivf.ie as per drugs, ivf targets producing many eggs say 6 to 15eggs, iui only 2 to 4 eggs is needed, so why use AK 47 to kill mosquito? n risk hving quintuplets n sixtuplets..
ivf they hv the option of selecting the nos of eggs they want to fertilize, iui if you end up hving more than 6 mature eggs...any good hospital will likely cancel the procedure for that cycle to avoid wahala of quintuplets and more....

ordinary clomid/letrozole/taxo... could be given to the woman to stimulate egg production, since its only 2 to 4 eggs that r required.
then the sperm prep..am not sure that 39k is correct. sperm prep is similar to sfa prep and equipment..n sfa is 2k to 7k in most places.
a decent iui shudnt 150k in an average hospital, those lekki/ikoyi hospitals fir charge 500k and above...cos of cost of office space/land and overhead, i understand.

but lets be wary of too cheap places o. they usually bypass somany important steps, mek person no run from frying pan enter fire wey e dey find cheap thing..learnt ivf in ubth is abt 300k, but their success rate is low
