I have a question pls, my tummy has dropped back to my pre-pregnancy state and so has my arse also. I had a moderate sized arse before preggy and i'm shocked at how much it has reduced after birth. Did anyone experience this and what may be the cause? I am serious pls, not a joking sturvs. Thank you

I have just lost my mum, how unfair can life be? N orphan at 29wks? She gave up on all the plans we made for postpartum visits, she gave up on me and left me all alone in this cold world. How do I deserve this, how do I survive this? It's all empty now, it's all gone. My world has crumbled on me. Who do I turn to, what do I do. It's a nightmare and I want to wake up.

Mamas oh, just when i thought my energy was back(done with 1st tri) see badass back and waist ache chaiiiiii, e reach to cry abeg. Doc said i should watch my sitting positions and always sit straight. My question is abeg is there any other way to ease this backache? I don't want to abuse pcm. thanks you're a real treasure. I read online that appetite usually returns with a vengeance in 2nd trimester so i was getting a bit worried when my own appetite didn't return with a vengeance.

Good to know everything is alright. I'll force myself to eat for now.

It could be implantation bleed, it is usually a good sign if there is no pain and the bleeding is not continuous. However, still go to the hospital, ask for a scan and also an examination to check cervix is closed.
