You don't have to start walking if it makes you tired before you go and faint on the road. You could visit a friend or go to the mall and window shop/see a movie, attend a random church program. Places you could easily sit when you get tired. From my experience, the days you leave the house are always the easiest and it helps fight the feeling of depression. If you don't feel up to any of it tho just forget it,[s] in a couple of months now when you are trying to get pregnant again[/s] you won't even remember this feeling.

Be it 3 months but kpatakpata after 9 months it must surely end. So just console yaself with that inugo(you hear)? Keep trying different things to alter the taste in your mouth, distract yourself by watching or going to the movies, sleep for Africa take strolls, change environment or travel. Sorry dear. Hugs.

I want to rant o. I haven't felt like eating food for some time, all of a sudden I felt like eating jollof rice. So I called my mother in law to help me buy some from a canteen on her way back home. Being the Angel that she is, she bought sweet sensation jollof rice and chicken(God bless her kind heart). I done thank mama for . I finished eating and then threw it all up....u can imagine. Greetings to every mama in d house. I pray God honours us and speedily answer our prayers. I am new here,tho I v been following d thread since d beginning of d year. I need ur help,cos now I feel so suicidal and helpless,like I shd just run away. I v been TTC for a long while,i v just been praying and hoping all is well,dont want to bliev it will come to this. Hmmm hubby is always angry i use to read this thread sef. I was working in lag before, nice job, good pay;hubby is just managing. I had to resign to join DH in kwara Sept last year,thinking maybe our intercourse timing is d issue and in-laws are beginning to call and say it to my face. Forgive me for telling u stories that is not your own. I m just tired. I have less saving left, cos i ve been doing lots of family projects and now no job to make matter worse. I even regretted leaving my job.
My question is this, can I start doing test n my own without going to hospital(d hospitals around are not pocket friendly)
If I can, pls what tests shd I do,and pls help me state cost involved. I want to plan for d battle.

I left my job nd career for ttc at some point i felt i was going to die cos of all the wahala. Got to a point me nd dh almost parted because of troubles but guess what? Less than two months after our Almighty fight God showed forth.
