Hi OP , I usually have discharge in my eyes like every 30 to 40mins, my hand has been programmed to go remove the mucus from the eye.

Also tears flow from my eyes whenever I close them. Except when I wanna sleep. Is this normal?

My eyes do go blurr at times; like me seeing double when reading; tho this happens once in a while especially when am tired

My opinion: I think and feel as Commissioner is to state level, so is Minister of state to Abuja in this context Abuja is seen as a state who needs a commissioner who would oversee the state's function, instead of using commissioner for state , minister for state was used because it is the FCT .
The Minister of education for example heads all commissioners of education(also minister of state Education)
I don't know if anyone gets what am saying.
