Nigerians or should I say blacks are bad managers and poor leaders. They derive joy in being greedy and oppressive. Want everybody to know they are in charge, that's why working in Nigeria is hard, they under pay staff and treat employees like shit....and no proper employment law in place.
That's why a manger can bully his subordinates and even use verbal insults on them with the belief that they cant do shit and no job outside.
I remember those days of banking, one of the worst place to work is in the bank, they will drain you psychologically and emotionally abuse you. I remember those years, if I catch some of those bastrdds today, walahi dem go collect. I wonder where they are now..
And I pity the contract staff in banks the most, it is the worst punishment on earth. No human should be doing bank contract staff, that job is inhuman..

Government has failed labor in this country, that's why a common indian and Chinese will come here and Maltreat the citizens. So bad, Indians wey no get level

May God bless our age parents with long life for them to enjoy the fruit of their labor.... Sometimes I get so worried about my little boys that it will make me to start imagining how was it possible for our parents to stay strong back then because there was no medium of communication. If we go to school,(boarding ), that's how they will just stay till we come back for holidays. They really tried.
