I'll like to know if anyone here has experienced what I am experiencing now.

I applied for my transcript from FUTO for the first time since July 2017. Apparently, their system won't have alerted them if I hadn't made a printed copy of my receipt and presented it to them.

I have called, physically gone to find out the reason for the delay but to no success and we are in November.

Currently, they are yet to type my transcript. I've never heard of or experienced this level of incompetency and that is why I'm trying to find out if it's just me or is my alma mater crumbling?

I mean the text messages we normally get from them in times like this.
