For a year? Dig deeper for all other stresses and anxieties/fears and then work towards mentally resolving them. From experience, accepting one's powerlessness takes care of most of our fears. Anywhere, if that doesn't work, see q doctor/ mental health counselor.

The anxiety may be fueling the urge to wake up and pray or something. Maybe they should learn to relax when going to bed. I find that if I relax well before I go to sleep I have less chance of waking up with any anxious thoughts, if I am restless before I sleep I will not sleep well.

They are anxious about a job they have been praying and working to get.
They didn't train themselves to wake that hour, it just happens even when they actively try to avoid it like sleeping late or even sleeping earlier than usual.

What does it mean spiritually when someone wakes up at 12:00am midnight on the dot every night, regardless of what time they slept, for example if they slept by 8:00pm or 10:00pm or 11:00pm, they always wake by 12midnight by themselves without any alarm or something happens to wake them up like dog barking or someone in the room coughing.

Please who has similar experience or knows what could be the cause? It doesn't seem ordinary. Help with explanations because this thing has been happening for years now.

Why waking at that time every night, it's either they wake on their own or something wakes them up.

What could be behind it?

My first thought was that it's a sacrifice to banish poverty, done by somebody in financial distress.
I have some knowledge of things like this.
If the spell was directed to afflict a specific person you would have seen any personal effect or name or initials of the person along with the sacrifice. It's more likely to be something that is done for the spell caster and not a 3rd party.

I had similar experiences during the peak years of my battle with mental and neurological problems. I would wake up at exactly the same time every night, and would have difficulty going back to sleep later on. That was when I sought help from psychiatrist who then referred me to a sleep doctor and the rest is history.

Every human being has different active spiritual timing and awening hour. Some even have theirs by 3-4pm. Yours is 12am. Don't be lazy. Get up and pray

I would like to know what can make a person wake up at 12am everyday, no matter the time or place they fell asleep.
No alarm, no disturbance or noise, the person just wakes up the same time every night on their own.
Everytime it happens, even if they slept five minutes to twelve, they always end up waking up twelve midnight again.
Is there any spiritual implications to this??

Why will someone just wake up a certain time every night, no matter what, and without any alarm waking them?
