its not a joke, i was in Canadaedufair in Abuja that was held last three months or so, there are many schools given admission without such requirement. They just want you to have the money and the admission is just within days. 6+mil for undergraduate and 2+mil for Masters depending on the school. I would say civil engineering, because the are self reliant when they graduate given the high rate of unemployment in the country. I studied mechanical engr, and work with a friend who is a civil engr. he's relatively young, same as i and very comfortable.
