The pharmaceutical society of Nigeria in those states has a lot to do.
They need to be proactive in their clampdown on the anyhow availability of prescription medication.
Anyone caught selling codeine and other opiods without a prescription should be jailed and such chemists closed down. Any chemist that wants to sell prescription medications must have a pharmacist on ground.
Its a shame though..
