Finally earned my first Cents after so many set backs ..from paypal not responding, to my card getting declined and 3straight low ratings of 1, the fourth trial got me a rating of 4 lol, if you go through the thread you would see my complaints plenty lol.Perseverance is the Key here ..thanks to guys who've contributed greatly to this thread and guided newbies all through the process, y'all are legends. From Drawnobet to throvic and a host of others. THUMBS UP.

The only issue now is d FC UK calls and stuff..would appreciate any guidance on how to go about them..required applications and techniques to use because of the difficulty in transcribing them.

Also how to link different emails to my PayPal because I would love to have other QA accounts to have access to more release tokens as I tend to exhaust my tokens often when I pick difficult calls instead of getting low ratings. Thanks Legends.

So now I have registered again. Can I use the same payoal I used on the old account?

Yes, but no need. PayPal actual allows you to use up to 5 email address as your account number. Why not include the new mail to your PayPal account.

You don't withdraw from. They pay you once a week, even if it's $0.01. But only to PayPal. PayPal charge $5 for any withdrawal

Exactly what I did and was rated 1 ( one missing timestamp by the way). Escalated it but the lady was telling me something else.

The only work I did without error but with that missing timestamp. She said that when such occurs, you should press the ESC up to (or more than) 50 times. That it will definitely load.

The whole thing is discouraging especially with the whole rating of a thing. Just took few days to study the FAQ but still encountering issues on the transcription job.

We're all in the stage one point a time. Missing time stamp, it's something that you will understand as you go along the process. It's cut the flow of the conversation. Some of them are just words such as, yes, no and correct.
When a conversation ends with a question. And the next start without the answer to that question. There definitely something missing. It's not your fault. It's the problem of the particular script you are working on. But you are expected to find the solution to that problem. That's were the esc Key comes into play. Go to slack read call checking. Just use all resource available to you.

Don't need to be ashame for anything. Once you've got it, you've got it. I as you said light was an added advantage.

I did my first call this evening, they rated me 1. I picked another one some minutes ago from Funding Circle and still got 1.

It's hard work but it's do able. At this stage go through the FAQ over again. And play audio 0.7X instead of 1X

The trick is not to pick them. As earlier mention in this thread FC UK is always longer. Monitor the calls you pick so as not to waste your token. You only wastes token with those CLH guys but don't waste it for UK. If it might help you can register another account to give you 10 daily token but make sure you link the email of the new account to your PayPal. Worth mentioning that you can link up to 5 emails to a PayPal account

It's a new feature in QA. Absolutely a great features for beginners like us. It helps you rework on your previous failed jobs. So just screen grab the rating note as well as the previous job. So you can actually do better and saves you time on a new work.

Hello bro, is there a way I can do the linking of debit and credit card with my qa account in other to start work... maybe anytime the traffic is better(the traffic is bad and the price is 2 to 4 times the previous fare) I will go to the nearest UBA to get the africard like you said.
I have created the PayPal account remaining to link it with my account but I have not gotten the African card, I have progressed to the stage where I will link my account to my qa profile... so you can see the issue is the linking stuff

Linking of card shouldn't stop you from working in QA.
All you need is the email address you used in creating PayPal. Besides you need to work before thinking of our to withdraw earning.

Very likely, yes. You can start by linking the card. It's a too stage procedure. You link the card then click on verify card. It should work. But don't know of the rates

Go to play store look for a keypad that comes with navigation arrows so you can swipe manually. Mine is stock with HTC phones. You can check play store if it's compatible with your phone
