seriously boss this type of people destroy the market for other web developers, now let's think about this if he charges 5k for a website, hosting is 3k and domain 3k or let's assume he bought the domain for 1dollar from godaddy. There's no way he can get anyone a professional website with that! I charge my clients above 20k and sometimes it still falls back on me as more works are on me even beyond my expectations.

you should let them know you are a paying customer and their unreliability is costing your business. Heck, tell them to allocate more server resources to your site.
