Before then the guy has been giving me story of him having running

This fake alerts, do they contain your account balance just like regular real alerts?

Probably soneone has access to your card and recharged using jumia one, Check if airtime purchases don't require OTP...could be the case!

I'm still not in support of deal hunters opening threads as it would aid/encourage scam.

What can be done?

1. Repeated ads must be stopped.
2. Pictures on an ad should not be more than 2.
3. No need for unnecessary spacing in your ads.
4. Items already in Nigeria should not be advertised on a pick up thread again.
5. A particular ad should not appear more than once in 24hrs and anytime after that, deal hunter should only quote with the word still available without picture.
