The online assessment consists of two parts: a Competency Based Questionnaire and a Cognitive part with a decision making task and a problem solving task. You will need to successfully complete the first part before proceeding to the second.
You must complete this assessment within one week of receiving this email. If you fail to complete it within one week, we will assume that you wish to withdraw your application.This notification provides you with details of the first part. Please take note of the following important information:

• In this part you are asked to complete a Competency Based Questionnaire. These questions ask you to rate yourself against a number of behaviors.• The Competency Based Questionnaire consists of 18 sets of statements to rate in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. You will not be timed during this assessment.• You will need a computer with a reliable internet connection to take the online assessment.• Before you start the assessment, please make sure that you are somewhere safe and quiet, and that you have paper and a pen at hand. The interview discussion is for those that got success mail on the 8th of april for exam written on the 25th of march. I also wrote the exam on the 9th of April.

I will advice you guys to use this opportunity to prepare well for their interview. Just went through some of their interview questions, they are really taskful. Only someone who prepared for those questions can give the appropriate answer. God will favour us all IJN

I wrote a P&G test on the 25th of last month aπϑ since then I'v not heard anything.

Pls can someone update me if they hv or hv not done their shortlisting.

Don't be frustrated, jst keep on trusting God. P&G has contacted those that passed the test Ʊ wrote on 25th of march.

I also got the invite, I submitted my cv during the national recruitment fair. Concerning what to expect, I believe we should keep our fingers crossed on that. The exam is goin to conducted by Workforce, and they are also conducting for heritage bank. The type of questions to expect should be similar.

topefisayo: Hello, Pls when did you ask the rep for the cut off for the test. Was it on the test day?

I asked them during the event we had with them on monday. That was during the networking period where we met with each representative to ask questions.

I was sent an invite on monday night for an interview that will take place on tuesday afternoon. I couldn't make it because I was meant to write my P&G exam that time. I tried calling the number so as to re-schedule the interview, but there was no response. Though I'm not bothered, I'm just angry because the notification was too late, and I wanted technical position not customer care.

realbomax: i dont pray d cut-off is as high as dt. Let's just keep d hope alive since we dont have a fact abt it.

I can remember asking one of the P&G rep the cut-off mark, and he said the cut-off mark is very high (70-80%). The good thing about them is that; the no of people that will pass all the recruitment level doesn't matter; what matters the most is that you have all the requirements they are looking for in an employee.

kemzole: I'm having the same problem right now and I already mailed SHL and banke-Amole Adams but I'm yet t̲̣̣̥O̶̲̥̅̊ get a reply. I just hope they rectify It before Ʈђε̲̣ deadline. You know it's weekend already, and Banke Adams mite have the policy of not attending to mails on weekends #justsaying. I don't know about SHL, but they didn't do anything until I forwarded the mail I sent 2 SHL to Banke and she sent a message to them 2 assist me. Trust me, they acted on the issue sharply.

timecop28: The speed of your internet connection doesn't matter much, rather it's your PC's compatibility with Shl system that matters most. I stayed up five nights, downloaded all kinds of plugins but nothing still, until i switched from a 64bit Pc to a 32bit. Yet, i didnt't have easy. So i'd advised u try all available options, Do not put your eggs in one basket.

I know the speed of your internet connection does not matter while doin the test, but it matters a lot when downloading your questions. It took me two nights to complete my exam. My morale was down when I finally got my questions. It got to a point that my numerical assessment test was removed before I started the test(error message: numerical assessment not available). It took the influence of Banke Amole Adams (PWC HR) before my numerical assessment test was enabled.

I think I would ave preferred the test 2 be a supervised one. The stress of getting a good connection can bring down ones morale. Al iz well!

A:What: A recruitment drive for people who were successful with their application to our NYSC advert. It will involve an event and a test

   Venue: NECA Hall, Balogun Street, Central Business District, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

   Time: The event is for two days: 8

th and 9

th of April and it starts at 9am on Monday 8

th of April

 

Q:I took the test recently, in less than 12 months or on the 25

th of March 2013, should I still come for this event

A: Yes please come for this event. We will be expecting you at 9am on the 8

th of April

only if you were successful with your test (we will send out success emails to successful candidates only shortly) but you will not have another test

 

Q: What should I come with for the event

A: Please come with a valid means of ID, a basic calculator (not scientific), a 2b pencil and an eraser

 

Q: Please do you have practice questions

A: Yes I do, it is attached.

 

Q: What is this event about? Is it a test?

A: It is a 2 day event with recruitment activities, an orientation event, test and possibly interviews.

 

Q: Am I expected to come for both days

A: Yes you are expected to come for both days. Monday is 8am, Tuesday’s timing will be shared separately

 

Q: I am currently abroad or can’t make it at this time, can I take the test at a separate date, in my current country/location or online

A: Unfortunately you cannot take it online or in your current country/location but we will schedule another test between May and July and we will let you know. We are hoping that you can make it then

Q: What is the dress code:

A: Please come dressed as you can. it really is up to you!:-)

Q: Do I need to come with my credentials

A: No you don’t. Please come with a valid means of ID, a 2B pencil, a basic calculator (non scientific) and an eraser

 

Q: When can I get feedback on the test I took on March 25

th (for those who took this test)

A: we will send outcome to successful candidates before Monday 8

th April

 

Q: Is this event a test

A: It is a 2 day event and part of this event is a test

 

Q: Are the interviews holding on these days

A: We may start interviews, we have however not concluded this yet.
