It’s obviously fake. Eligibility is 15th, PPR is 12. Lol

Then, I contacted Makano to guide me in writing the LOE.

I have many responsibilities as a xxxxxxxxxx to make adequate preparation for my family in Nigeria before I leave to complete my studies at xxxxxxxxxx.
