Honestly you shouldn't be online. You can't even hold an objective opinion on discussion.

I want to believe that Health should always be prioritized for annual capital expenditures. As for power and transportation (which for me are both supposed to be departments under works), even if we give both ministries the entire country's budget, we still won't have constant power or improved transportation because they have always scammed Nigerians for decades.
