I believe the best way for the government at all levels to have encouraged Nigerians, would have been to have changed ALL public vehicles (not just public transportation buses) to CNG, to boost the trust of Nigerians. With regards to your first paragraph, that was what I was thinking. They should have used some part of the holidays to retrain teachers in relative to added options in the curriculum, especially relating to tech. But still good all the same.
