This is lovely Two babies were in a mother’s womb. One asked the other: “Do you think there's life after delivery?” The other answered, “Why, yes, of course. There has got to be something after delivery. Perhaps we are here to prepare ourselves for what we will be later.” “Nonsense” said the first. “There is no life after delivery. What kind of life would that be?” The second replied, “I don’t know, but there will be more light than here. Maybe we will walk with our legs and eat from our mouths. Maybe we will have other senses that we can’t comprehend right now.” The first snorted, “That is absurd. Walking is impossible. And eating with our mouths? Ridiculous! The umbilical cord supplies nutrition and everything we need. But the umbilical cord is so short. Life after delivery is to be logically excluded.” The second insisted, “Well I think there is something and maybe it’s different than it is here. Maybe we won’t need this physical cord anymore.” The first replied, “That's silly. If there is life, then why has no one ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery there is nothing but darkness and silence and oblivion. It takes us nowhere.” “Well, I don’t know,” answered the second, “but certainly we will meet Mother and she will take care of us.” The first laughed “Mother? You actually believe in Mother? That’s moronic. If Mother exists then where is She now?” The second replied, “She is all around us. We are surrounded by her. We are of Her. It is in Her that we live. Without Her our world would not and could not exist.” Said the first: “Well I don’t see Her, so it is only logical that She doesn’t exist.” To which the second responded, “Sometimes, when it's quiet and I focus and really listen, I can perceive Her presence, and I can hear Her loving voice singing over us from above.” --- written in 2012 by Czech psychiatrist Jirina Prekop MD, who authored Erstgeborene and has co-authored Auf Schatzsuche bei unseren Kindern |

delightful1:Understand what? Yea, I understand that FailBuhari will not Win |
delightful1:You mean you are waiting for FAILBuhari .... |
ihedinobi2:Yea very insightful and he actually pointed meaningful issues (so much praise to OBJ government where he served ); I don't know why the Anambrans refused the man their mandate to at least transfigure the economy of the state like he did in his analysis or to mismanage the state like he did the banking sector ) Soludo said something I so agree with, "If Jonathan wins, then God must have been magnanimous to give him a second chance to redeem himself....One person assured me that we would see a ‘different Jonathan’ if he wins as he has been rattled by the harsh judgment of history on his presidency so far. I pray that he is right" ...Fellow Chatboxers, let's give Jonathan this chance instead of listening to some violent aggrieved persons who are seeking to fulfil self interest and who keep lying to us, no thinking patriot should do that. |
An0nimus:Not when you have an inkling that the next will sell you more spoilt fish and at higher price.Knowing well that when you start buying from the next woman you are bond to do that for the next 4 years .....brah you got to wait till a reliable fish seller come your area or else you enter bike go river and find fish for yourself |
Even though we believe GEJ has failed us, he did offer something which I strongly believe Buhari will not be able to offer Looking at it from another perspective, tbh with you politics in the country is about "where favours me".And this is what we are seeing everyday , isn't the same set of people jumping from one party to the other? What are they looking for? The truth is, if Bode George decides to decamp to APC today, he will be welcomed, with big celebration kwa....was Ali Sheriff not part of the then ANPP,what about our honourable Minister of Education?.. So if Bode is now in APC, i can as well say a vote for Buhari is a vote for Bode George...right? If Buhari has the opportunity to contest under the platform of PDP, wouldn't he? Is not even about religion or tribe here , people know what they will gain when a particular person is in power. Ok, i will pick some of our statements and after that we would all see that Buhari is not the one ![]() Musketto said and I quote... "is Buhari a better choice? What does Buhari have to offer? Honestly, I can't say".... ehen We should vote for someone who we don't know what he has to offer? Ok, I hear Ihe called Buhari a risk? Is not there a saying that a known devil is better than an unknown angel. @Anonimus, "Goodluck has ruled 6 years and results so far are below expectations why not try someone else another 4 years?"...4 years is too much to try someone AllNaijaBlogger has already described as an Illiterate. Honestly smh for the person who describes someone as illiterate and yet believes he is the messiah Nigeria needs. Present a more reliable candidate, we would be glad to do the trying. Rey said Jona is dumb and he called Buhari dumber( although, personally I believe this is harsh and uncivilized to say). But going by that, we all know the better option between dumb and dumber FrancisTony said and I quote, "Is Buhari and Jonathan the only aspirants vying for the presidential seat? Isn't it high time we started seeing beyond PDP and APC gibberish." A very sensible post IMO, but do other aspirants, if at all they are better than the two major, have any chance of making it even if the whole of NL vote for them..... So whether we like it or not, either Buhari or Jona most likely will be...Obviously, we are left to make a choice between one of the two options as far as 2015 presidential election is concern Present me the two and I will choose GEJ Buhari is a NO NO for me..
