I used to worry about age but I am convinced that leadership is about responsibility and the old and the young could be good or bad.

A Voter Standing In The Dark.

With no intention to abuse the political stance of anyone: I will want to say that a right thinking Nigerian will not settle to vote for Gen Buhari.

The major reasons why I have often advocated that a right thinking Nigerian should use his PVC to Vote against Gen Buhari is the fact that Gen Buhari is no greater than any other good citizen of Nigeria who could clearly express himself by answering questions related to his past and present state of doubtable character and personality.

I have waited fervently for the day when Gen Buhari will call for a press conference to justify many issues which have been brought upon him, both old and new. But sadly, no such attitude has been exhibited by Gen Buhari.

Of course, there are many questions waiting for answers from Gen Buhari. Some of which includes:

The justificatin of the jailing of Odumegwu Ojukwu in 1984, even when Ojukwu did not hold any political office.

The justificatin of the jailing of a septuagenarian, Pa Michael Ajasin, an honest and upright governor of Ondo State that did not steal any public funds.

The justificatin of the seizing of Chief Obafemi Awolowo’s passport, thereby preventing the old man from seeking medical attention abroad; while he (Gen Buhari) sent his own wife and children for medical treatment in the United States.

Also, the justificatin of his intention to drag our fisrt lady to ICC when he in 2011 has made dangerous comments of "Monkey and Baboon to soak in blood", which he actually brought to reality.

The justification of his travel to London, and to clear the air on the public held belief that his travel was due to sickness which arose from the rigours of his one-month presidential campaign.

The justificatin of his absent from the one million man march organized by the APC. Which many say; was as a result of his deteroriating health.

In the midst of all these unanswered question, will it be right for a fellow reasonable countryman to ever think of voting Gen Buhari?

I have often advocated that when you wish to use your PVC to vote for any candidate in the forthcoming elections, you must first of all know the candidate's agenda for the people, afterwards you look within his/her life-style if it is comforming to bringing to reality such an agenda.

You can agree with me that having a husband is having a companion, and it is expected that the husband as a companion must recognize and cherish his wife, without denying her her social right or enslaving her.

The Wife of the APC Presidential candidate, Aisha Buhari On Sunday while speaking in an occasion to mark the International Women’s Day, at the APC Presidential Campaign office, in Abuja, without realizing that she is enslaved, said, "a vote for Gen Buhari is a sure way for women empowernment". This is a statement of contradiction, as the statement conflicts with Gen Buhari's initial campaign speech of 23rd february, 2015. Where he said: "If I become Nigerian president; I Will Not Allow An Office For A First Lady".

I have wondered how Aisha Buhari who has been disempowered already by Gen Buhari can inspire or propose for the empowerment of other women.

It is said that "Charity begins at home". But considering the fact that Aisha Buhari has been denied an office as a first lady: How then can Aisha Buhari convince our freeborn-women that Gen Buhari will rather prefer empowering other women?

Defining A Sane Voter

28th March is still far but so close. It is expected on this day that all male and female Nigerians who are of voting age are expected to VOTE for the best presidential candidate. This expected event draws my attention to take a closer look at those people who can be referred to as insane voters.

I can categorically say that not all citizens vote with their right senses. This explains that most citizens vote in a state of INSANITY.

For knowledge purposes: an INSANE voter, as can be referred to a crazy person or mad person is a man characterized with spectrum of behaviors identified by mental instabilities, physical disorder and certain abnormal behavioural patterns as related to the choice of whom to vote in any election.

For further knowledge, I have reasonably identified some characteristics of an INSANE voter and why he/she is insane.

1. An insane person will vote for a 97yrs old man whose brain is dead to lead a country of 170m citizens.

2. An insane person will Vote an uncertified school leaver against a Phd holder.

3. An INSANE person will vote a man who is a danger to himself and to others. (Buhari).

4. An insane person will vote Dictatorship against Democracy.

5. An insane person will Vote a religious bigot, and ethnic sentimentalist.

6. An insane person will vote a candidate with too many controversies.

In the other hand, a sane voter is a person possessing a rational mind, and knowing the right person to vote for.

From this perspective, I have resolved to categorically say that "any thought of thinking to voting a man whose name is Gen Buhari is INSANITY".

Therefore, he who claims SANITY must realize himself by VOTING for the most credible, Transformation oriented, peace seeking, women oriented, youth oriented, and God fearing candidate, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

I remember those early years of my life in elementary school when I was told that we (Children) are the leaders of tomorrow, only if we work hard.

Today, having worked so hard and beeing proud of our level of successes and achievements in our various endeavours, and having the desire and readiness to take up leadership from our fathers who have been the leaders of yesteryear.

Sadly, at our over-youthful age where Simbi is now a mother of two, Ali now manages a Bank, where Edet lives in Abuja and takes a vacation to Paris, and where uncle Bassy is walking with a stick, we are still told that our tomorrow has not yet come in leadership.

While it sound unbelievable and unacceptable: I will want to ask; what more is believable and acceptable than the realities that a man who ruled this nation some 38 years ago at the age of about 39 is still in the race to rule at an age close to 79?

Where have all the youth gone?
Why do the youth seem so myopic, clueless, self cheating, and indifferent to chanting for CHANGE without settling to refuse this man of 79 years?

What more is changeable than voting for a younger leader?

At this juncture, I believe that your eyes have seen, your ears have heard of the marvelous achievements of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. Why not testify of the hand of God upon Dr. GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN, and do according to God's wish upon Nigeria? Or must you rather join in fighting against God?

Again, I say: Walk in the part of God, seeing that He has chosen Dr. GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN to lead his people.
