They were morbidly afraid that if the courts yanks off those votes, they (court) might declare the election null and void by taking the validity of results from others states with a pinch of salt.

But Alas, the jegudujera judges had their prices and were simply waiting at the courts to take their own share of the dollar loots shared to electoral delegates, voters and INEC officers. Dispensing electoral justice was never part of their plans.

Any wonder they were afraid of showing their faces on camera during the Supreme court proceedings that were televised? They were so ashamed to face the people, after selling the country wholesale by giving justice to the highest bidder.

Papers that have been in such close proximity to blood, urine, poop or phlegm🤢 should never ever be used to wrap food. I hope the hospital gets sued by affected patients for exposing their confidential medical data.

There is the medical laboratory request (pre-analysis) form and the medical laboratory report (post analysis).

The one that is placed by the clinical samples for easy identification is the request form coming from requesting physician, health professional or phlebotomy room together with the samples to the different departments/units in the lab.

This request form is never given back to the patients. What goes back to the patient or requesting medical professional is the Medical Lab Result which now contains the medical facts like 'Hepatitis B Positive'.

This is not rule out the possibility of infectivity, whether the paper is a request form or an issued medical lab report.

Medical records are not to be joked with. I served in one of the oldest hospitals, the medical laboratory had an 'antique library', I saw results and records of patients as far back as 1940-1950s. All intact.

I just hope they have migrated those records to electronic documentation.
