I bought 3layers dryer iv been trying to fix it since morning ...its really giving me tough time...i wish I had bought d other type and its too late to return cos I bought it some weeks bk...its wonder home brand... iv fixed it but some rods won't stay tight and it didn't come with screws is der anything I can use to hold dem...mamas pls

use warm water not too hot.. I don't think u need to fill it...

Yeah that white zobo works wonders! Its sour, but ince you get used to the taste, you'll love it.
My inlaws didnt let me rest in my first pregnancy, they made sure I took several glasses daily once I clocked 37weeks.

mamas should help us with other things one can take...iv heard of ewedu ,red raspberry tea

Please take the basic hospital things along and keep the major one at home moreover you are only spending few days at the hospital does nurse can be mean atimes with the way they handle thinfgs

it depends on ur location...but here in the North people selling grains or natural spices sell it.. but be careful with consumption..cos I heard it lowers bp

Congratulations to all our latest mums. May God bless your little angles. Wishing us all swift delivery. I recently got to know that the white leaf zobo gives quicker result than the normal purple coloured leaf zobo. Although the normal zobo works for some people. And off course make plain without sugar. For dates, its the fresh/raw ones (yellow or red) colour.

...i know of the fresh dates ...and it's less sugary...its in season now sef

I gave birth to my beautiful girl on the 18th June,2019. Glory to God.
My story is that God is wonderful. I salute all women going through labor pain. It is not easy Biko. Three gbosa for una.

I started having contraction on 17th evening and in the next morning, my husband timed it to be 8min apart. I just told him to go to work that I would be okay. I bathe my DD, made food for her and I was still feeling fly.
Fast forward to 1pm, I downloaded the contraction timing app to be sure. It was then I realized that my contraction has been between 4min to 5min apart. At this time, I have started seeing stars. I called hubby to come but I checked map and I saw that he won’t get to me until 2hrs later. I just booked uber and the man was speaking gibberish, I just told him guy if you want to decline , Biko decline I am in labor.

To cut the long Tory short, I arrived hospital and my doctor was laughing at me that shebi we saw yesterday for checkup and he told me he gave me anointing to birth. I laughed. He checked and he said I am 6cm gone but with the pain and the way I was shouting when he was checking me, he just recommended epidural. Come and see me shouting “Where is the epidural man ohh” The pain is out of these world mama. The anesthesiologists came and administer and I felt a little bit relieved. Although I still feel pain when contracting because I was in active labor so the epidural just numb the area that’s needed.

Got to hospital 3 and I delivered my baby girl 3hrs later with no tears. Isn’t God great. June cappo, BS submitted. Signing out till when I am ready to nurture another tiny human being.

Both is equally nice, that's if you get the original sebamed. My dd used Aveeno and it is very good.

mama pls do u pack the aveeno soap and cream in ur hospital bag or u start using it at home

cappo I'm almost done shopping... remaining hospital items ... though my mum helped get some things cos... mehn the tiredness dis days ..no be small... na to arrange them now be issue

have u tried fenugreek oil or powder... u can add it to ur tea or pap... also kunun gyada (also like pap but made from groundnut)...then try pawpaw leaf

They will follow scan date if you can't remember your LMP. Just like me now, my gynae is going with my scan date because the phone where I store my period dates got damaged. And me I cannot remember! Scan said 2nd August but he said it's most likely gonna be July.

same thing with me doc wrote July but with calculator August 5th

Abi aside from using it in the hospital i dont even know if i will remember to use it at home but ii will just get a moderate size tho

iv a big stainless flask but e no de hot at all... so hubby was like y cant I use it ...he always has alternative to everything I want to buy ...

Pls, av been having pain on my right side, just below my breast area, like my rib area sha, I can't sleep on my right side cos of d pain, I can only sleep on my left side thruout. Don't know wat could be wrong.

I'm also experiencing something similar... but lower side on my left find it hard to sleep on that side... d pain increases when baby kicks
