Dammy,how. CAn I get it for 50percent?

No. Only Tecno Y5 (already sold out) and L7 are going for 50% today.

I was browsing through Jumia's website for deals in their ongoing Mobile week when I saw this awesome device. This 8inch tablet tagged Tecno 8H (aka Droidpad 8.) runs Android 5.0 out of the box.

The tablet boasts of a massive 5100mAh battery and comes with front facing speakers. It has a 5mp AF back camera with flashlight. The tablet is available only in two colours - Silver and Black.

You can read the full review of the tablet here -http://dammybas..com/2015/06/tecno-8h-most-affordable-lollipop-tablet.html?m=1

It is only available on Jumia for now and costs just N29,999. Note that it comes with free 3Gb data courtesy MTN.

What do you think about this tablet?

Also posted to Kastina, heard the place is very peaceful. I even have a cousin who is a current corps member there.

If there is a whatsapp group, My number is 08063764258.

They even tweeted this 12:52... I wonder if their "couple of hours" never reach.

Before when call up letters were delivered to institutions, you collect your letter the Friday before the Tuesday camp commences as I heard.
Let's just hope this new online system helps them hasten the process because I don taya to dey wait since morning.

This is what their twitter handle has been saying btw...

Google and Apple definitely have their issues but Google took it to a whole new level with this hilarious Easter egg placed on Google maps.

The easter egg is located in the map of Rawalpindi in Pakistan. It appears to show the Android robot taking a leak (urinating ) on Apple's Logo.

It is unclear if this is an handiwork of Google themselves or a random fan artwork of a user of Google's Map Maker service but for all its worth, it is an offensively hilarious picture.

Are you an iPhone user? Are you an android user unable to tweak their imei? Are you tired of paying bogus fees for browsing "legitimately" on your PC? Look no further, Airtel 1+1 offer is back and better. You get 4Gb for 2k (lasts for 2 months) and 9Gb for 3,500 (lasts for 3 months). Your SIM must be eligible before you can use this promo.

To Check if your SIM is eligible and procedures to subscribe, check this link ===> http://dammybas..com/2015/04/airtel-4gb-for-2k-9gb-for-3k5-11-offer.html

NB: This is not a BB plan so it doesn't zap data and it works on all platforms (iPhone, windows, Android). Enjoy!!

Where is the bridge?

So, I was going thru twitter this morning and I came across this pic. The first few lines already put me of and I thought its just some usual "iranu" stuffs, but after reading to the end I just couldn't stop laughing.

Check the pic out below yourself. What do you think?

The problem is the average Nigerian hardly cares for what's in the phone. Since every Android phone "seem to have the same software capabilities". The average Nigerian cares about:

1. Battery
2. Camera MP
3. Price

This is were most of these Chinese OEMs have been getting us. Most people don't know that a "2000mAh" battery may just be a rebased figure. Also, high Mega Pixel doesn't mean better selfies. Ever wondered why a 5mp on an Xperia is powerful than a 13mp Tecno? Lastly, the price, everybody wants something affordable so these OEMs provide us with poor quality items at ridiculously cheap prices . If not for the newer chinese OEMs, all Tecno has been giving us was same software and capabilities with different screen sizes.

Unfortunately, Samsung,Sony,HTC e.t.c have not been helping out either. They have refused to consider the African Market when making devices and even in the pricing. This is why these chinese OEMs enjoy much patronage in this part of the world. Even Chinese OEMs get level, Tecno, infinix are nothing in the Global market compared to Xiaomi, Micromax, Gionee etc.

Btw, i currently use the Infinix Hot

Dealdey is carrying out a promo today guys. iPhone 5 for as low as N40,000. Just go to "bit. ly/ 1M9JFzY" and keep refreshing. Starts by 11:30. Don't dull. Remove the spaces

Any Nairalander from Ekiti, is Fayose really doing anything there??! He has so much time in his hands these days. These ads cost no less than 10m or so. Where is the money coming from?

If Buhari wins, don't be surprised this crazy guy will be part of first set of people to congratulate him with broom in hand. Meanwhile, let me sip coffee till then.

The only reason anybody buys DSTV is because of live Football Matches which Supersports has exclusive rights to in Africa. What happened to Hitv?? Why can't one of these new ones like CONSAT and Startimes just gather money and defeat these supersport dictators. I can comfortably tell you that apart from Football matches, Startimes and Gotv are way much better alternatives than this rip off from SouthAfrica.
Its high time the NBC started to implement pay per view and not this rip off where you have to pay more almost minimum wage to watch Live football.

Nonsense!

Do you use your Android smartphone for long periods daily? Are you addicted to your phone? Your answer is probably yes, The age of smartphones has turned us into zombies. Everywhere you go, you find people using their smartphones - on the street, at religious places, in the toilets, etc. Some of us can't even go 5 minutes without using our smartphones. This is a worrying trend as it also poses some dangers health wise.

Enter Quality Time App. A freeware app for Android.

Thvs app can help you track how much time you spend on your phone and which apps you use most. It also has special features to limit the amount of time you spend with your smartphone daily.

A lot of us sit behind our PC basically 24/7 as long as it still has battery power. Once in a while, you may feel a little pain behind your eyeballs due to the constant peeking at your Laptop screen. Its time to save your eye sight and prevent damage to your eyeballs thanks to a PC app named f.lux. I use this app and i must tell you its a must have for anyone who needs to be using the Laptop all the time, especially at night.

F.lux is a freeware available for Windows, Linux, Mac and iOS devices. It changes the colour temperature of your PC depending on the time of the day so you have warmer colours at sunset which reduce the strain on your eye balls.

Just the battery. A very decent phone.

That's dangerous! Some might not be able to hold the result that says 'positive' and may commit suicide upon finding out.

Some group of researchers from Colombia University have created a dongle compatible with any smartphone to check if you are HIV positive or even have syphilis. The dongle should cost about $34 and is undergoing final test. You just add a little bit of blood and press a button #dazzall. The dongle doesn't use a battery and is powered by plugging it into earphone jack.
