Bro there is no helping out in this kind of situation , the sch fee for mass comm cannot be mistakenly uploaded on your dashboard and more over you are not the only one they upload such amount for. It's for everybody offering mass comm so that's the amount you will pay. I know the mistake you made , you don't go through the fee uploaded on the sch site very well and also there is two SMS there but the first which is number one is meant for mass comm.
