Damritoh: Hello guys,my phone's screen stopped being firm, and it occasionally falls out from its place like its going to remove. I took it to an engineer to fix today and after He was done and I got home,I noticed those annoying bleeds to the side of the screen, and He said it will go away after some days when I went back to him to report the ish
Does it clear off truly,or Baba don put me for trips Update!!! The screen bleeding has cleared minimally overnight.Phone looks good now |

elantraceey: Oh.... Just saw this.... It'll most likely be too much glue because the guy was fixing mine I was thinking it was too small and even told him if pulled again, I'll return it to him but it never did till now. He didn't even put it round, just the edges. Wawuu You still have the phone now??! |

[quote author=Gptech post=99331300]I believe you did screen replacement. If that's the result of excessively glue, it may never leave and it's too late to do anything about it now. It's one of the reasons it's better to buy screen with frame. [/quote
Not screen replacement...The original screen was falling out of place, and I needed to make it firm |

genius43: Replacement displays are referred to as LCDs on AE.
If you check the link you see that the UD fingerprint still works.
No LCD Panel supports UD fingerprint.
So it is the same Amoled display Sir. No be today I start dey patronise parts for AE Sir.
If it is a Mi 10 display or Ultra now, that will be a different thing not Redmi K20/Mi 9T display. Alright man |

dangoteinlaw: stay there, these crappy chinko cares less about your safety but when u critisize them they interpret it as something else. For more than a decade now apple has kept a little silent button at the left side and i am supprised ppl saying apple is overhyped haven't said anything about that little button. Now that button alone can actually save ur ass from kidnappers or even help u when in danger. How long can a phone be to anounce you to the world lmao It's no big deal Xiaomi has that same feature too It's not a rare thing |

okikiosibodu: Different strokes for different folks. I am opined rear mounted fingerprint scanners are better position that inscreen counterparts. You can easily unlock your phone with the 2nd and 3rd fingers on each hand with easy, plus you also have alternatives to unlock your phone should incase you sustain cuts on your finger tips (me for one, scan four of my finger, and leave the 5th option for whoever I trust to use my phone). Inscreen counterparts usually restrict the thumb to being the most prefer finger. Many of them also don't unlock on first attempt esp if the thumb is moisty... The last straw that breaks the camel's back is the cost of repairs should incase the screen needs to be replaced.... They are usually expensive. One of the reasons some of us will choose RN7 over Mi A3 I'm not a fan of indisplay fingerprint scanner too. I was comparing the side mounted fingerprint scanner on the RN9s and RN9 pro max to the Rear mounted one on the RN9 |

Menance: With almost all Redmi Note 9 family members released already, it's time for the vanilla Redmi Note 9 to go out as well. And according to this TENAA listing, we won't have to wait much longer. The same handset popped up on the Chinese 3C certification website as well.
Now, as with all TENAA listings, this one gives away the main specs along with most of the design. The latter seems to be in line with the rest of the Redmi Note 9 handsets with a quad-camera setup on the back. The display is 6.43", IPS LCD with a standard these days 1080 x 2340px resolution. Battery is rated at 4,920 mAh.

However, instead of a side-mounted fingerprint reader, the vanilla model sports a back-mounted one. Also, the punch-hole for the front camera is placed in the upper-left corner instead in the center.
The camera setup appears to include a 48MP main sensor and a 13MP front-facing one. And unfortunately, there's no info on the rest of the cameras and the chipset. It's believed to be a MediaTek Helio 80 SoC, but it's not yet confirmed. The memory configurations, though, are 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM with 32GB/64GB/128GB of internal storage. A microSD card slot is available too.
This is pretty much all we could gather from the listing, but by the looks of it, it won't take long before the Redmi Note 9 gets released. After all, it has passed most of the mandatory certifications in the country. The rear mounted fingerprint spoilt this show for me though, but the front camera placement is cool |
