I intend to study in Brazil MSc and subsequently PhD, and of course the language of tuition is Portuguese and one need proove his knowledge of the language before getting the visa at the embassy except hes going for a Portuguese language programme.
I have checked online the possibility of learning poeruguese at different universities.
But I realised it is not so easy to successfully apply for these language courses without been in Brazil physical except hes been helped by a friend or someone already in Brazil.
I visited Angola last year and tho I don't speak Portuguese yet but it's not so difficult for me to learn cos I speak French fluenty and have beginners knowledge of Spanish.
I will like to know if you know of any accredited univeristy or institute that offers portuguese language courses which i can apply to and be issued enrolment letter .

GTBANK does not have any mobile money system that can move a whole 400,000naira within thurday night and Friday afternoon. That's less than 24hours. The op already simplified the story. She banks with GTBANK and their sms bankimg *737* has a a daily limit of 100k. And its almost a year she misplaced her purse with other documents and ID card, I will find it hard to beleive the ATM card was not reported missing and subsequently blocked

They withdrew 400k from your account via mobile money? What is mobile money? The only mobile transfer I know is possible from your story is the gtbank SMS transfer ,and even with that the fraudsters will ultimately need the last 4 digits of your ATM card to successfully use it. And the SMS transfer has a limit 50k and 20k to gtbank and other bank accounts respectively.
So its either the story is false or not well constructed.
Cos certainly your funds would have been transferred to a bank account which is linked to a bvn and getting such person's bio data won't be so difficult for the police and the bank.

@op the nysc orientation camp in plateau state is at mangu local government which is about 2hours drive from jos. I know this cos I served in plateau state in 2010 and then the orientation camp was @ zang commercial school @ bukuru jos south local govt .but its been moved to mangu since 2012 or so.
