I've been very silent and indifferent about this election because I already foresaw the outcome. I live in the north, so I laughed when I saw that people thought Atiku would win. Reasons being;

1. The average northern illiterate believe Buhari is Mr. Integrity, a saint. The only incorrupt leader and Atiku is corrupt. They believe other corrupt people around Buhari are the ones spoiling his government. So he should still be given another chance to rid Nigeria of corruption. Funny.

2. Atiku's running mate is an Igbo man. They'd rather starve to death and continue to live in poverty under Buhari than have an Igbo man in aso rock who they believe are part of the people spoiling Buhari's leadership with their Biafra agitation. So Atiku is seen as a desperate betrayer for daring to contest with an 'infidel' by his side.

So I'm not surprised at all at the outcome of the northern results. They're the ones with the highest percentage of poverty but they'd rather remain there with what they believe is a true son (Buhari) than a backstabber (Atiku)

I'm not a fan of either of them, I wish there had been a third stronger candidate but it's the way it is. Another four years of Bubu. All well and good, then we'll say goodbye to the north till like 2031, I pray.

Don’t hate any tribe my guy but it made no sense cos we were all complaining bitterly, especially the northerners bout hardships, security, unjust killings, price of everything almost tripled but now wen we thought we could change the govt all the northerners stuck to Buhari again! I was shocked! Why? Yet they’ll send children to beg me for junctions or outside malls, hold my trousers saying “brother abeg” their women will beg too with babies... seriously? Wtf! My humanity is intact bro, I just hate it cos they showed the rest of Nigeria that they rather die than let someone with good vision for all rule ( although I don’t think Atiku is they but he’s FAR BETTER to Buhari)

Bro majority of the northerners prefers a thousand buhari to atiku and not everrbody feels atiku will do any better as far am am concerned he's an unrepentant kleptocrat.
Pdp would have won this time around but atiku's candidacy didn't sell to the majority of the northerners and a fair percentage of the westerners.
And there's no point blaiming or castigating people for their political choice or affiliations.
That's the beauty of democracy.

Yes no limit
Same with reps and house of assembly.
One can practically make it a birthright like David mRl and ekweremadu

I’m ashamed of Southwest and Yoruba nation as a whole
am ashamed of you too bro

Pdp is firmly rooted in all wards and all local governments areas in all states in the south west since 1999.

People here vote for whoever they like irrespective of their ethnic or religious affiliations
I voted buhari my mum voted atiku my elder bro voted moghalu my kid bro choose durotoye.
But we all know eventually pmb will definitely will all 6 states
But can we say gthe same for apc in the south east?

It shows you guys are don't support yours. Look at how south east is delivering all because of their son Peter Obi.

Infact South west does not deserve APC Presidential ticket for 2023. I withdraw my support for south west from today. But will always support Jagaban anywhere, anyway, anytime, and anyday....... He is not supposed to be a yoruba man at all. He is the man with the big heart like WE DELTANS. He doesn't dissapoint

You still don't get the point bro. Pdp has been firmly rooted in the south west since 1999 . At the moment apc is still trying to make headway in the south east and so far they have not been very successful in doing this.
The south east even rejected apc on 2015 despite the fact that Jonathan is 100% non Ibo.
Are u suggesting we kill our own brothers and sisters who have decided for pitch their tents with Pdp?
As long as the Pdp structures In the south west still remains. Their voting pattern won't change
And by the way am a strong apc supporter and member and I believe 2023 presidency belongs to the ibos.
We need to drop ethno religious sentiments and bigotry and be fair
Obj representwd the south west
Gej for the south south
2023 belongs to the south eaast
And I think apc has a lot of work to do in convincing the ibos .

Is this 4 real? South south doing better than south west for PMB. Infact from now on I will stop supporting this south west people. They are worst than Amaka

Ya'll need to stop this show of naivety.
Pdp is actually firmly rooted in the The south west.
It's always a battle ground for both parties.
While majorityof us voted for pmb a sizeable percentage also voted the other way cos that's the party they support .
But on the long run pmb will win all the stages .
