wrote their test, and went through their 2 interview stages and also 3 days training 2 years ago, and that's when they made recruitment for their first batch of employees.
wrote the test at lead-city university, and was really impressed and optimistic cos the guys who conducted the test were Europeans from France,Luxembourg and Romania.
did the group interview at one nice hotel around ring-road and of course the interview panel where white guys
did the personal interview at an office space which is expected to serve as one of their branches in ib.
and of course the interviewers were whites
what really made me show interest then was the fact that though its a micro-finance bank but its owned by a big banking group ADVANS, same group that owns the defunct societe generale bank and they have presence in other African countries like Ghana,Cameroon,Tanzania.
after the personal interview was finally selected to go through the last stage which was the 3 days intensive training, and all through they explained their mission and vision, and also said they were gonna access us and send the best 10 to Ghana for a 5-7 weeks orientation and on field experience at their Ghana branch, and on the final day of the training they dropped the bombshell.....

ukraine is in eastern Europe not west. yeah its true bro And getting admission may be quite easy but getting the visa may be a big issue at the german embassy because the german government has a strict and absurd requiremnt that every stuident willing to study in germany must open a block account in a german bank and will fund it will a minimum of 7900Euros and this funds is meant to be for the student's upkeep while studying while stiudying and the student will be getting a stipened fee of about 600euros/month. So though german schools are free but NOT so free.

Try FINLAND. Their schools are tuition free.
