I got a visitor visa done by an agent and during the application he filled in my education history that i have Bsc certificate at uniben but this is so untrue although he didn’t submit any certificate to prove that for my application. Now I want to apply for a closed work permit, and the only certificate i have is SSCE, do u think I stand a chance of approval? Due to my previous application of the vv ?

Is POF mandatory for a married applicant? But only one of the couple will be going first? For closed work permit?

Secondly, do I need school transcript too for this route?

Lastly, do ircc verify the employer company on CAC or google. Or they just verify through the details submitted on the reference letter.

To be honest the Jobs are not readily available they work on slots of Jobs at there disposal once exhausted they stop. Immigration Lawyer are based in Canada.
