She already has admission but i am wondering if we can go ahead and apply for the visa without PAL as she is my mother and my permit is valid for another 2 years. What do you guys suggest I do? if you didn't do biometrics in abuja both of you will pay 10,400 each, the 18k is the cost to ship your passport 2- way courier via dhl and that will also be paid twice i think, when you get there ask them to be sure
