As far as I know, you cannot apply for a study visa to go for a Norwegian language preparatory program. Only people currently resident in Norway and EU citizens can do so.

MOGs are the false prophets that Jesus Christ warned His followers to beware of. These are the antichrists that the apostles spoke of even during their days.

Universities offers Norwegian language classes and it's kinda rebated for students. When you enroll and see foreign students like you enthusiastic to learning the language,it will facilitate your learning process.

For jobs, hope and trust in God! We all have different destinies. Their employment statistics and job market is appealing but remember it depends on the person,A might go there and burgeon and B might go there and not. It's all on God!
