Every country taking advantage of the lawlessness in Nigeria. They know your president won't do anything about it. I.e we don't have a president. Like a sheep without a Shepard.

We know who does that kind of thing , Igbo communities has been peaceful and devoid of and dangers until people started living in bushes on the guise that they are herding cattle.

Communities where you cannot hear of any crime worse than neighbours bickering over very minor issues like who wore a better cloth to the market are now witnessing gruesome murders which cannot be done by the same locals who has been peaceful all these years.

The government should stop movement of cattle in any format, by that way we can see when a stranger walks in and we can monitor them. Leaving herders to be sneaking all around villages is a sure way of allowing unknown characters into your backyard.
