It's a terminal leave. That's why you get to pass out in July, while your discharge certificate reads August 5th 2014 to August 4th 2015. If the leave was to be 3 weeks from POP, the discharge certificate should have July 2nd (or 9th or 16) 2015 instead. But I doubt this is the case.  2 Likes 1 Share |

igbonerd:You should have received a mail with the new login details. To confirm this, go to the scholarship and check if it says "You have successfully (or already) applied for this scholarship". If you see this, then go to your "Overview" page to download the profile form. If, on the other hand, you see "Apply Now" on the scholarship page, then be patient until Scholastica contacts you with the new login details. After this, you'll have access to your profile form as above. |

casiello:I just called them. They said that the application can have a separate referee. But that the profile form MUST be signed by the HOD, regardless of whoever was filled as the referee whilst filling the application. |

An0nimus:From the website, it says we should follow the steps. #6 was to upload all the documents (NIN inclusive, if available). #11 was to go to "Apply Now" and submit thereafter. #15 addressed updating details if NIN wasn't available earlier. I don't know but I presume that it means that you can submit without NIN and then add it when you get it, as soon as you're able to. But don't take my word for it; you can send them an e-mail to confirm. Cheers!

AgreatMan:Last year, application deadline was Tuesday, June 24th. Aptitude test was on the 5th of July. Interviews were 1 or 2 weeks after that. And the final scholarship award was in early August. |

ZOYMAN:You can use your passport as "Valid ID card" but there's a point in the application that requires your NIN, which can only be gotten from your national ID slip, I'm afraid. |

hotboss:Yeah... you're supposed to take the slip back to the centre to get the actual 'temporary' national ID slip. It's almost identical to the slip but contains the NIN, and is of higher grade paper. In my own case, I went back there two days after collecting the tracking slip (as instructed by the staff there) and my NIN slip was ready. |

Obiwannn:I experienced similar issues. But a friend of mine got in contact with Dragnet and was told that it's a technical problem from their own end. And that sending the signed profile form is not bound by the application deadline. |
