All this Nigerian old women are the reason why there are no CCTV in most areas

Here in Lagos we had less than 4hrs light in total and the light wasn't stable, they'd turned it on now and it's goes off in like an hr later then they'd turn it in again and so on. So we had approximately 4hrs light on Christmas day. It's sad
