The southern Leaders have always chosen to be passive in their dealings with their northern colleagues who from time immemorial have been active in all of anything that will favour their region.

My question is; what were the southern Legislators doing when this bill is being debated and passed? Were they bribed, compelled or blackmailed to accept this unjust, unfair and unequal satanic bill?

Where were the southern Leaders when negotiations were ongoing prior to the passage of this bill when their northern counterpart was holding several meeting just to ensure they rally their own Legislators so that they don't lose out?
