That's weak if you ask me. A sitting Governor should know better. The case is still on and this shouldn't be. |

Clevite: My friend, take correction. Judges don't go out of their way to investigate in order to establish or verify the truth about a case brought before them. That is tantamount to delving into the arena to make a case for one of the parties before them. If there is anything worthy of investigation or confirmation, it comes by way of application from a party that feels it will help their case.
The party that needs it makes application for an order of the court and the court can grant it. That's why an expert can be subpoenaed to come before the court to either throw more light on an issue or tender a document before the court.
It is at the instance of the party that feels the need for it. It is not for the court to do for any party on it's own, else the court will be making a case for a party against the other party before it.
Yes, the court will not 'write' Cambridge, WAEC or any Institution to come before it for any confirmation, if no party moves the court to do it. You need to know and accept that some people are difficult to redeem. |

The mistakes most of these people sounding like a broken record are making is that they want the Judge to go against the law to deliver judgment. No that's not possible; if you want this fixed, then fix your constitution. Before then you've got to accept the provision of the law here, and that's exactly what the tribunal is ditching. |

positivelord: Lie...in resolving certain issues judges do investigate.. Are you for real? Stop flaunting your ignorance here please. You don't pay Judges, you pay your lawyers. It's their job to do the investigation and present fact to the Judge which judgment will then be given according to the law. I laugh you oo |

KingMEXX: I'm curious, how can you pronounce a judgement on an election if part of what you should investigate would affect the outcome of the election? No Judges don't do investigation. That's the work of your lawyers. That was why they all went to investigate at Cambridge, but unfortunately, they came back muted. |

ChristmasBells: What do you expect from a country that has no respect for the rule of law a country where judges can be controled as puppet a country where judgement and justice can be short changed to be given in favour of whoever is on the seat of presidency in Nigeria have you ever seen where a presidential aspirant took an elected president i mean a seating president to court and WON? So when the Judiciary canceled all APC votes in Zamfara and also banned them from participating in Rivers they weren't a puppet? Una go dey alright las las. |

Cherrybae: Buhari losing, this is victory for Democracy. My pastor prophesied in church yesterday that Atiku will be declared winner.
My pastor is indeed a true man of God. My pastor said we should sow our September salary as a seed for open doors.
I must sow my salary. My pastor a true man of God.
Kudos to the judiciary.

westbuoy: If you ask me, I’m my own opinion I would say Atiku will win this one just to make it seem like our judicial system is working and the @OfficialAPCNg and Buhari will take it to the Supreme Court where Buhari will be declared winner! Watch out !! My opinion . I am not a politician please i don’t support any of them. Nah! The Judges are not primary school children. They dont give judgment based on emotions. They work with how you're able to present and defend your case. |

Next2Bezee: Buhari ignored him? Bro, we both know that Buhari does not even remember what they fed him yesterday. The game is being played by his party; he is just a placeholder president.
Atiku, on the other hand, is chilling in Dubai. If he wins, he'll come back; if he loses, he'll continue chilling there. The people fighting for him here are just doing so for the opportunity to milk the country dry.
I'm surprised that people think that either of these men wants the wellbeing of this country. But you guys always call him a Dictator na. Can someone be a Dictator and still not be in charge? Are you people not confused so? Asking for a friend.

Foodforthought: This tribunal issue is a formality. Rig or no rig, there's no way the tribunal will annul PMB's victory. I think Atiku actually won, but I have no pity whatsoever for Atiku or PDP. They had 16 years to rule, and wrecked a nation as great as Nigeria. If they manage to return in 2023, they should misuse power again. Until we vote in a younger and credible leader, we are going nowhere as a nation. If PDP was good, PMB would not be in Aso Rock. Let him complete his tenure, all of us go dey alright. Please explain how he won jare. You know me I don't kuku know anything
