This can be interpreted that ex post facto laws are not allowed by the Nigerian constitution meaning you cannot convict me of a supposed crime that I committed when it's not yet law at the time of such crime .

An ex post facto law is a law that retroactively changes the legal consequences (or status) of actions that were committed, or relationships that existed, before the enactment of the law

Atiku is not a Nigeria is a big Joke and depicts that whosoever handling the APC defense teams are not grounded in legal law or maybe they have no defense and merely using distraction and delay tactics .I'm not a lawyer or SAN but I can defeat APC legal team in less than 5 minute

For far too long, PDP and her leaders have used every dirty trick in the book against Buhari. From Reno to FFk, they play politics too dirty and I think it was the right thing to take off those kid's gloves and pay PDP back in her coins.

This is exactly what APC is doing and nothing more. The PDP decided to be stupid by dragging down Buhari. APC won't have any of it this time, so let's play the game.

One serious and very glaring problem of Atiku is that he is very dumb. One time, someone is scamming and collecting money from you that he has access to INEC server where results(not accredited voters) are transmitted in the guise of a whistle-blower, and another time somebody is deceiving you to pay thousands of dollars to firms to recognise you as Cameroonian President. Meanwhile, one short Secondus is at one corner chopping things and this man dumbness keep skyrocketing.

It's important to send strong signal with this Chief Justice to others in our several courts that they are not above the law. When Jonathan sacked Justice Salami, No team of SW Governors met with the Federal Govt at that time. So, let's not set a tribal precedence here. All the money he embezzled does not benefit any of Niger Delta people but only him and his family. Let him face the wrath of the law.

You see our problem in this country? And we are praying for a nation like USA, Canada and Germany but we don't want to go beyond emotions and do what they do to thieves.

How can you send Governors to go plead for a thief caught in the act? What's our problem nitori Olorun?
