I've a LTD liability company registered in September 2014

VAT has been filed every month since July 2015 with remittance slips available.

We have records of all transactions since January 2015 on our cloud Accounting software so income statements and Balance Sheets can easily be generated from that.

Pensions are being remitted for staff as well as PAYE every month.


We have tax clearance from FIRS for 2014 & 2015 (submitted VAT & invoices for 2015 and got this).

Since operations started July 2015 we submitted a letter of commencement then and also would like to use June 30th as our year end going forward.

I would like to pay income tax due for the company so far and would like to know the process.

Please anyone who has done this before?

Go on and run the joomla update. But is the spc, the latest version? If not, then you should not update your joomla because it will not work. Why not purchase spc4?

Would my info be migrated if I get spc4? That's the biggest concern as there is a lot of transaction info on the site.

It's actually that earliest spc, I didn't update then.

I would like to re-activate the site and upgrade it to the Latest Joomla without loosing the user details, transactions and messages.

If you must sell on kaymu, never deliver through them AIG is even far better than Courierplus that have my over 50k up till today and keep playing with me.

I now deliver with personal courier here in Lagos and friends in Abuja and PH. Other states are a no no for me.

How's your experience been with CourierPlus?
