Investment › Re: Sad Experience With Mutual Benefits Policies by dannywest: 6:06am On Nov 01, 2019 |
This is normal. You've to complete your contributions and term egoldi01: I never knew having policies with Mutual Benefits is a crime if I have to be heavily charged for both premature termination and non completion of payments on a matured policy. I had a life investment of 5 years scheduled to end on October 1, 2019 but only paid for 20 months and abandoned midway due to some reasons. I paid premium of 165k out of 600k and now MUTUAL will pay me back ONLY N137,469 leaving me with charges of N27,530 I took up another 5 years investment along the line and paid up 41 months out of 45 months. I then decided to terminate due to poor service. I have paid up 820k but will now ONLY get N775,758 to part with N44,241. In all, out of my combined premium payments of 985k, I will part with 72k as charges on my money! After my engagement with them on the charges, I was told that a policy is said to be matured when expected total contribution has been fully paid and the duration fully spent. This is the ONLY condition where no charges is applied on your policy. Therefore, should any unforeseen circumstance come up and one is unable to pay up, MUTUAL BENEFIT will not pay. This is not only unfair, but also grossly discouraging. Their staff will never explain this when trying to get clients. Has anyone had any similar unpleasant experience with this unfriendly company and similar insurance companies for Nigerians to learn from so as not to be victims again like me. |

Clear your old bills.
If the domain was suspended already you have to pay before you make any modifications.
Someone let his company domain expire, someone else bought it on auction after 30 days and he had to pay $400.
Next time renew before expiry.
Settle the guy and move on. At this point you are the one holding him to ransom.
Ps. Signing up for 3 years with a company you have no experience with because it's cheap is very likely to end in tears. Quality of hardware and service differ wildly. |

lol, no wahala Fhemmmy: 5% of 200K is 10,000$, it is not same . . . .When you buying a house, to the last penny, you will pay it. So let's celebrate with this comedian and be happy for him. But like you said, it isn't important, so let's call a truce and share bowl of Ogbono with yellow gari |
Celebrities › Re: Comedian Aphrican Ace Buys A House In US (Photos) by dannywest: 4:50pm On Jul 18, 2019 |
Figure I gave is 5% You were the one who jumped in to call it 0% It's not important eitherways. Fhemmmy: OK Chairman, in Alberta you need 5% deposit minimum, there will be more to it Sir . . .However, let's park it and talk other stuff. |
Celebrities › Re: Comedian Aphrican Ace Buys A House In US (Photos) by dannywest: 4:29pm On Jul 18, 2019 |
Fhemmmy: In Canada Sir . . .Minimum is 5% deposit and like i said, please tell me what province your friend is and i will tell you the download . . . I am not saying you are lying sir, i am only saying you have been misinformed and will be good for us to always give correct information online because we have no idea who might make decisions based on wrong information. By the way, closing cost for such a house would be 9000$, That could be what he was telling you and not his deposit. In this case I saw the document not hearsay. Aur ora Gre ens in Edmonton 3 Bed Condo. This commenter is more familiar with what I'm talking about - https://www.nairaland.com/5306136/comedian-aphrican-ace-buys-house/2#80359493 |

Fhemmmy: Lol . . .9,000$ is not even 5% of the 200K, so i will like to know more on how this your friend did it, because i am sitting afar and telling you, it is either something fishy or it is NOT possible. . . Quote me anyday and mind you, the 9000$ he paid could have been the closing cost. Figures are obviously approximated and 9000 divided by 200,000 equals 4.5% which is approximately 5 too. Check your calculator. 9,x x x and almost $200k. It's about 3 years ago it was bought. I don't have any reason to lie online do I? If I did I'd say I bought it |

9,000 is 0%? Alberta Fhemmmy: You mean it was a 0% down payment, what province in Canada? |
Celebrities › Re: Comedian Aphrican Ace Buys A House In US (Photos) by dannywest: 2:41pm On Jul 17, 2019 |
They don't buy houses cash like us. I know who owns a 200k CAD condo in canada, paid $9000 cash and pays $1,500 roughly per month on mortgage rawpadgin: To buy a decent house in the state cost about 200 thousand dollars on the average.......
Thats about 70million naira..
Where this unknown Instagram comedian take make that amount?
