(Materialism/Spiritualism) x Marriage = disaster. When how pple see you matters more than how God wants you to manage your relationship, result like these are not uncommon. For you to have been the one changing his wardrobe, you have lived a showy kinda lifestyle that has probably left nothing real in your body except packaging. Your man was not fooled for such to realize that you've spent the best part of your life b4 he married u and that he has only paid bride price for only packaging. Men misbehave too but they have conscience.

All you have left now is prayer and counseling. It's now time to get the horse back in front of the cart and move on with a patched wreckage.

Just saw your profile picture...fine geh!
Brains + beauty not stalking just curious when I read the above.
Back to the post OP in addition to everything written above, get yourself involved in a project or business you really like & throw yourself into it. I know you're not happy about the way things are and might (&still miss a couple of things with him - like the s3x) but you see you need to take care of number 1, which is you. it's quite worrisome it's gotten to the point of involving your family & telling them he wants out.

If truly he's only reason for acting this way is cause he wasn't the one you wanted to marry prior, clearly he's short sighted (minded?) He did eventually marry you didn't he?
I think he's just being stupid on so many levels. Bringing another woman to his home. My head says you should have just ignored them let the silent treatment now become his cause for worry lets see him have an errection with the lady around that my heart however asks don't you have a rolling pin or pestle?

Seriously just get a hobby or business you like & throw yourself 110% into it. Things 'll eventually work out for the better. Don't take any grudge or revenge steps. And when he does come around, please ensure he gets tested.

be careful man, u r distracting my reading, i got to look @ pic of a cute girl because of u, bee careful o.

Youtube Method
After youtube update, it became difficult for us to use youtbe as a source of traffic. I found a way to make it easier and make videos last.
Download Firefox portable. It's available on softpedia
Install and copy the folder to your desktop
Open it and set privacy to "Never Remember" ->You can do that by going to Tool menu.
Download ccleaner from zippyshare
Install and open it. Check all apps tab and clean.
Download Camstadia or Camstudio (Used for creating on screen videos)
I use the portable version.
Open it, go to keyboard shortcut and set recording and stop to any key of your choice.
Lets say F8 to start recording and F9 to stop and save.
Set recording to use microphone/speaker
Try and see the one that records with sound.
Mine is set to record with microphone.
Get windows movie maker setup on your pc just in case you don't have enough data plan to upload videos. It shrinks video size by converts it another format.
When all this is done.
Lets say you want to make a video on gta3 cheat
Make a video with camstadia while playing the game on pc and activating the cheat. Make sure it is not too long. My videos don't last more than 2 mins.
You should explain how the cheat work while recording. I call it voice over.
Save the video with the exact name of your niche. Example: g t a cheats. mp4
(Don't mind those spaces i gave).
Signup on youtube. Make sure you verdict the account using your phone number, you will be asked to do so. Upload a picture. Don t use ur real pic if your providing fake stuffs or real stuffs that are illegal. Get images from google image. Pic must be real human. You can buy already created accounts from fiverr, seoclerk.
Goto utube upload tab and upload your video.
In the video title, use
[ Date] niche name - With any other sub keyword
Like: Gta 3 cheats | Unlimited Health, Guns - No Survey Download [2015]
DON'T USE THIS EXACT NICHE, IT IS TOO SATURATED.
Under description, do this
Place your website link here. Where users can download the stuff.
Under it, describ your niche in few sentence, repeating the niche name 2-3 times
Eg. Gta3 cheats is a fantastic cheat you need for you to get…
Under tag, include your niche name, and other related keywords.
Publish the video.

The important part:
You need to rank the video using views, comment, likes, favorites.
Buy some of this from f iverr at least 1k vi ews is okay.

Politics / I’ll Flee Nigeria If APC Wins —bode George by dapojaja(m): 7:45am On Feb 17, 2015
In this interview with ENIOLA AKINKUOTU, a national leader of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Bode George, speaks on the recent comments of former President Olusegun Obasanjo and other national issues

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo says President Goodluck Jonathan plans to perpetuate himself in government like the former President of Cote d’Ivoire, Laurent Gbagbo. What do you think of this comment?

He (Obasanjo) says he is a Christian and as a Christian, it is emphasised in the New Testament of the Bible where Christ said judge not so that you will not be judged. But his judgment is no longer about the policies of Jonathan. He has gone down to the extent of saying Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) will jail you (Jonathan), that is why you are afraid. I am holding my breath because in an African setting, you talk to elders with respect and that is why I am trying to get the right words to describe my feelings. Baba (Obasanjo) is not a young man. He was Head of State at 39. So averagely, he should be about 84 or 85 and I am requesting that he should graciously fade away into the midnight. In the Bible, Romans chapter 13 states clearly that we should pray for those in authority. It says pray for your leaders so that they don’t run aground. So, to me that is my own interpretation. If baba (Obasanjo) had attended the Council of State meeting in Abuja, where they were very well briefed, and that it was decided that only the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Attahiru Jega, that could pronounce a postponement and that he should go and come up with a decision and Jega addressed a press conference. Now to start comparing our President with Gbagbo in Cote d’Ivoire is unjust, unsavoury and unfair because what is the population of Ivory Coast? What are the tribal sentiments of Ivory Coast? Are they the same here? I want to plead with Baba. God has been kind to him and he has served his own time. I don’t want to conclude that his life will be like King Saul in the Bible. I pray it will not be so. Baba has played his role. No generation can finish any job. Nation building is a continuous exercise. You come, do your own and go back into history.

Apart from the issue of insecurity which Jega gave as the reason for the postponement of the elections, do you think INEC was ready to conduct the elections on February 14 and 28?

I granted an interview recently and there were two posers that I gave to Jega. Thank God Jega is a professor. He told us that there was an 88 per cent collection rate in Borno State where there is massive insurgency as well as in Yobe and Adamawa states. Here, where there is calmness and civility, only 30 something per cent of the populace had collected PVCs. It is just improving. I think as of last Friday over three million had collected as against 5.6 million. And he is saying we are ready. Without the Permanent Voter Cards, you are immediately disenfranchised. Ask Jega that as a professor, will it be fair to conduct an examination whereby you have (students who have) covered 80 per cent syllabus and another class where you have (students who have) covered only 30 per cent syllabus. Is it fair?

The other question is this issue of card readers. Have they been tested? I am talking as an electronic engineer of 48 years in practice. You just bought equipment from China and the last time it was tested was in China. Our own environment is not the same. Look at the vagaries of the temperature here from the swampy areas of the South and the savannah in the North. Who has tested the equipment? Now, I am not saying they will not all work but if there are almost 9,000 polling units in Lagos, is he saying all the 9,000 card readers will be functional? If the card readers fail to work in some polling units, what shall we do?

Why did the military surround former Governor Bola Tinubu’s house?

If Bola Tinubu finds his way into national government, I will go on exile. He hasn’t the temerity and the calmness of mind. They don’t even know what to do in power. Because the vice-president is his boy, he will just order that Bode George should be picked up. He said soldiers came to him but he must have been dreaming. When he said soldiers had surrounded his house, I drove down there because my house is not too far from there. I know the hierarchy of the military and its behaviour. That they surrounded his house is lie number one because on either side of his house are two buildings. There is also one at the back. So, I wondered where the soldiers were hiding. Why would you lie for public consumption? So when I got down there, I knew that his spin doctors were working. These days people go on the social media and the story went viral. Why would he (President Godluck Jonathan) from Abuja, be running after Bola? Let them be very careful about the statements they are making. More so, if Obasanjo is now linking Jonathan with what happened in Cote d’Ivoire and coup; not in this 21st Century. That is past and gone forever. No nation goes through this kind of tribulation twice and survive. We have had our own experience of Civil War and I pray that God does not direct our minds in that direction and our people have to watch their mouths.

The general perception in Lagos is that the governorship race is between yourself and Tinubu.

Absolutely not! In the PDP, no individual owns the party. I happen to have been the first national vice chairman, South-West PDP, and then became deputy national chairman South and then deputy national chairman for the whole country and having done that, they have honoured me that as long as I remain in the party, I remain a member of the Board of Trustees and I am the only one representing the South-West in the national caucus forever. That is a great honour in our party but I don’t decide who becomes a candidate. Primaries were conducted and in this particular case, the voice of the people became louder than anybody’s. I am not like Bola Tinubu, I don’t have the papers of the party in my pocket. I don’t even have a veto power. But the other side doesn’t practice democracy. We have friends that are members there. Jimi Agbaje has no godfather but will not behave like an authoritarian governor.

But Senator Musiliu Obanikoro said you were the one that imposed Agbaje.

That is absolute garbage, he knew he was lying. You know he came from their party and that is why he was saying it was me. He has now retracted the statement. We are now one indivisible party and we are ready for election. All the vagaries and all that happened during the primary was a test of the ability and the strength of our party and we listened to the voice of the people. The voice of the people is the voice of God.

Jonathan’s perception in the South-West is not as favourable as it was in 2011. There has been blame on you and other PDP Yoruba leaders for allowing Buhari to increase in popularity in the South-West.

If you had said this about two or three weeks ago, I would have agreed. I got these feelers straight to my face. People came to me and said they would vote for Agbaje but they will not vote for Jonathan because he had done nothing for us here. And I explained that there is a general misunderstanding of the concept of operation in this country. The long periods of military rule presupposed that the Head of State was responsible for everything and it is that same thinking that is responsible for this situation. We are all hands on deck explaining the differences between military governance and democratic governance.

Highly educated people, my age groups, were asking me this question but I explained to them that 60 per cent of the impact the President will have on you is through the federal allocation to your state. Does he give every state and every local government allocation? Yes. They collect it religiously every 30 days. In the area of security, he guarantees it. It is only three states in the North-East battling insecurity. There is peace and he guarantees that. What of infrastructure? All federal roads in Lagos from Alfred Rewane in Ikoyi all the way to Third Mainland Bridge and Ebute Meta are federal roads. Are they like the roads in Somolu and Akowonjo?

Secondly, the APC refused to participate in the National Conference. Since he (Buhari) has refused to debate, what will he do about the resolution unanimously reached by the National Conference? What will happen to the report? The decisions of the National Conference are so germane to the future of this country. The more reasons why the man who conceptualised it should be allowed to implement his decisions.

Politics / PDP Accuses Jega Of Meeting APC Leaders In Dubai by dapojaja(m): 7:24am On Feb 12, 2015
The Peoples Democratic Party on Wednesday raised fresh allegations aiming at discrediting the National Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Attahiru Jega, over the conduct of the elections.

At a crowded press conference in Abuja, the Director of Media and Publicity of the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, alleged that Jega had meetings with some unnamed leaders of the main opposition party, the All Progressives Congress, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

But the commission said it was not in its character to join issues with political parties.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman of the commission, Mr. Kayode Idowu, said this when contacted to react to the allegation.

Idowu said, “INEC doesn’t join issues with political parties, because the commission is a dispassionate umpire.”

However, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, dismissed the allegation as utter nonsense and irritable.

Speaking in a telephone interview with one of our correspondents on Wednesday, Mohammed said, “I’m in Abuja with some of our leaders. Baba Bisi Akande is here, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is here, former Governor Kayode Fayemi is here. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is in Lagos.

“No leader of the APC is outside the country. So, tell me who is Jega meeting? Is it members of our NEC? Not one of our leaders is outside the country. This people are paranoid. We are preparing for our NEC meeting. We have some of our governors here. The PDP is paranoid.”

But Fani-Kayode also alleged that the meeting was aimed at making sure that those who had yet to get the Permanent Voter Cards were denied the opportunity of receiving them.

The former Minister of Aviation put the number of those voters at 23 million.

Fani-Kayode added that the commission was scheming out voters in states and areas where he said supporters of the ruling party were.

Besides, he alleged that the PVCs were still at China and had yet to be imported to Nigeria.

He said, “Pieces of information at our disposal have shown that Jega has had meetings with the APC stalwarts in Dubai and other cities in the world to perfect this wanton conspiracy against 23 million eligible voters.

“Besides, we have information that the PVCs that Nigerians are scrambling for are not in Nigeria and will not arrive before the elections.

“These PVCs are still in China and Jega has strategically delayed their arrival to suit his electioneering permutations.”

Asked to provide proof about the alleged Dubai meeting, Fani-Kayode refused.

Fani-Kayode however said that Jega must also show Nigerians proof that the Chinese company printing the PVCs had been paid in full by disclosing the total contract sum and the amount paid to date.

He also demanded that Jega should show proof of arrival or expected date of arrival of all PVCs for the elections and that he should equally tell Nigerians how he could have distributed 23 million PVCs within five days to election if there hadn’t been postponement.

He said it was wrong for the commission to have claimed that the election was shifted due to insecurity, adding that the electoral body was not fully ready for the election.

“The matter is that INEC has failed in its responsibility to produce and distribute PVCs to about 34 per cent of registered voters who would require the cards to vote in the elections.

“This brings us to the issue of statistics of PVC distribution and collection which we believe Jega, as a person acting in concert with some forces of retrogression, is playing games with.

“We express our concerns today that Jega may have decided to aid the APC to rig the forthcoming elections through the manipulation of the production, distribution and collection of PVCs, such that emerging trends have consistently shown calculated attempts to deprive parts of the country that would traditionally vote for President Jonathan of their PVCs.”

Politics / Jega To Decide Polls Date 5pm Today by dapojaja(m): 12:38pm On Feb 07, 2015
There is anxiety in the country as Nigerians wait for the Independent National Electoral Commission to speak on whether it will go ahead with its earlier timetable or pick new dates for the elections.

The earlier dates indicated that the Presidential and National Assembly elections are to be held on February 14 while the governorship and State House of Assembly elections are to follow two weeks later.

Chairman of the commission, Prof. Attahiru Jega, is to address a press conference at the commission’s headquarters in Abuja today by 5pm.

The press conference will come up after he must have met with chairmen and secretaries of all registered political parties.

He would also have met with the Resident Electoral Commissioners of all the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Some observers believe that the commission is being blackmailed to shift the scheduled dates in order to provide ample time for those who have initiated court cases against the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), to conclude their cases seeking to stop the ex-head of state from contesting the poll.

The cases include those questioning his qualification to the contest the presidential election, and those demanding Buhari’s prosecution on the ground that he allegedly lied under oath as well as forgery.

Sports / Nigerian Footballer Jailed For Cocaine Peddling by dapojaja(m): 11:28am On Feb 06, 2015
A Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday sentenced one Umeh Henry to two years imprisonment for being in unlawful possession of cocaine.

Shortly before the pronouncement, the convict, while pleading with the court to temper justice with mercy, said he was a professional footballer based in Brazil.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency had, last week Thursday, brought Henry before Justice Mohammed Idris on the allegation that he was found in unlawful possession of 15 grammes of cocaine. The prosecutor, Mr. Vembe Emmanuel, had told the court that he was arrested by NDLEA operatives on October 6 last year.

He was said to have been apprehended during the inward clearance of the Emirate Airlines from Brazil via Dubai at the E-arrival hall of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.

The agency charged him with one count bordering on the offence against the provisions of Section 11(c) of the NDLEA Act, Cap N30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.

The convict immediately pleaded guilty to the offence.

At the resumed trial on Wednesday, Vembe, after reviewing the facts of the case, prayed the court to convict Henry and sentence him accordingly.

“My Lord, in view of the plea of the accused person and the evidence before this hounourable court, we urge your Lordship to convict the accused in line with the provisions of sections 218 and 285 of the Criminal Procedure Act,” Vembe submitted.

Idris consequently convicted Henry of the crime as prayed by Vembe.

The defence counsel, Chief Benson Ndakara, however pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy in pronouncing the sentence.

Ndakara urged the court to note that Henry was contrite and had without wasting the time of the court and tax payers’ money pleaded guilty to the offence.

The lawyer also urged the court to note that the 15 grammes of cocaine found on Henry was for his personal use rather than for sale.

In his own allocutus, Henry himself told the court that he took to using hard drug to address certain problems that he was dealing with. He added that a friend had recommended it to him.

In his judgment, Idris said he was pleased that the convict had voluntarily owned up to the crime without waiting for the court to find him out.

The judge however counselled the convict on the evil effect of hard drug.

“I’m happy that your story was constant and that you did not use it for commercial purposes.

“I like it that you had said the truth and God will forgive you. But don’t take drug anymore; any relief it gives you is just temporary.

“So, when you get out of jail don’t use it again,” Idris said.

Politics / Buhari Must Explain Missing N2bn In Petroleum Ministry —plateau Commissioner by dapojaja(m): 1:58am On Feb 04, 2015
Plateau State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Honourable Muhammad Abubakar Badu, has dismissed the anti-corruption claims of General Muhammadu Buhari and asked him to explain how two billion naira disappeared from the Petroleum Ministry when he was in charge.

The commissioner stated this during a brief ceremony to mark the conferment of the honour of Ethics Ambassador on him by the Centre for Ethics and Self Value Orientation, in his office.

Muhammad said “war against corruption or anti-corruption crusade must be holistic.”

According to him, All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate’s claims and pronouncements about fighting corruption was a sheer pretence and electioneering gallery show.”

Badu recalled that a whopping sum of two billion naira disappeared under Buhari’s watch, and was traced to an aircraft arrested by the government of Idi Amin in Uganda.

“At that time, the naira was stronger than the American dollar, and that translates to robbing Nigeria of vital development projects, especially as that government failed to account for the money up to this day.

“For discerning people to believe and subscribe to his anti-corruption war cry, Buhari should explain to the world how the money disappeared from the ministry’s coffers, and the diplomacy that resolved the controversy over the arrest of the aircraft carrying the cash in a Uganda airport,” he said.

Meanwhile, the gubernatorial candidate of the APC in Plateau State, Simon Larlong, has lamented the debt profile of the state, saying “with over N100 billion debt profile, the state cannot progress.”

The gubernatorial candidate, who stated this during his campaign in Pankshin Local Government Area of the state, said the PDP-led government had failed the electorate and entrenched disunity among the diverse ethnic groups in the state.

Meanwhile, Plateau State women have been urged to mobilise for positive change, by voting for All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates, at all levels of leadership in the forth-coming elections.

They were also told that all the allegations against the presidential candidate of the party were mere propaganda.

A frontline politician and activist in Plateau State, Mrs Ruth Meamane Gokas, made the call in Jos, at a voter sensitisation workshop, organised by the APC Buhari Women Initiatives for Positive Change (APC-BWIPOC), Plateau State chapter.

She said the sensitisation and education became necessary as the election is around the corner.

She said that women constituted half of the Nigeria’s population but that established restricted practices have not allowed women to take advantage of their number and position in order to significantly influence the decision making processes.

Mrs Gokas said that women and other electorate were expected to obtain their PVCs.

“We need positive change in the area of security. We should know that our destiny is in our hands, so vote wisely. Vote APC,” she appealed.

The state coordinator of the group, Mrs Felicia Yazum, said in her speech that the sensitisation had become necessary because women are committed to voting.

Politics / Missing N30trillion; SERAP To Sue Okonjo-iweala by dapojaja(m): 4:47pm On Feb 02, 2015
A civil society group, Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, has asked the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, to tell Nigerians the whereabouts of the N30tn alleged to have gone missing under her watch.

The group, in a letter to the minister on Monday, asked her to, within 14 days, account for the allegedly missing sum or face a legal action.

SERAP’s demand followed the allegation by a former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, that not less than N30tn “had been missing or stolen or unaccounted for, or simply mismanaged” under Okonjo-Iweala’s watch as the Minister of Finance.

In the letter signed by its Executive Director, Adetokunbo Mumuni, SERAP said Nigerians had a right to know as the said money “represented some accrueable income to the Federal Government in the past four years.”

It said in line with the Freedom of Information Act, “your ministry has a legal duty to render account on the missing N30tn to the beneficiaries (Nigerians) of the trust, if and when called upon to do so.”

The group said the allegation levelled by Soludo called for concern because public stealing or mismanagement of public funds have been the reason for the economic hardship facing the Nigerian masses.

It added that as a key agency of the government, the Ministry of Finance had the duty to ensure that the country’s resources and wealth were only used to fulfil the basic economic and social rights of all Nigerians.

Politics / Buhari Meets OPS, Pledges To Revive Dying Industries by dapojaja(m): 4:18pm On Feb 02, 2015
The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), on Monday said he would take practical steps to strengthen Nigeria’s economy if elected.

Buhari made the pledge during a meeting with members of the Organised Private Sector at the Lagos State Government House, Marina, in Lagos.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the meeting, tagged ‘GMD Means Business’, was to articulate Buhari’s economic plans for the nation.

Apart from leading businessmen that were at the meeting, top APC chiefs, including the National Chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State and his Lagos State counterpart, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, also attended the forum.

Others were former Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, and former Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi.

Buhari said he would design economic policies tailored toward promoting the country’s prosperity and creating jobs.

“Our economic plans will be practical and our policies for implementing our commitments will be governed by the highest consideration of how they create jobs,” he said.

Giving a breakdown of his plans, the APC candidate said he would create the enabling environment for industries to thrive.

He said he would revive the textile mills and similar industries that once produced thousands of jobs for Nigerians.

Buhari added that he would invest massively in infrastructure and open up opportunities through the construction of highways linking all parts of the country.

He added, “Road construction alone will unlock a value chain of opportunities in the building industry for construction companies, builders, cement and iron rod production and supply.

“The successful opening up of Nigeria by the construction of new roads and highways will revive road transportation, trucks manufacturing and others on one hand.

“It will also create a demand for jobs for mechanics, drivers and those engaged in transport support businesses.”

Buhari said he planned to pursue efforts that would support the building of local refineries for jobs creation and economic growth.

The APC presidential flag bearer stated that he was in support of the power reforms but that he would do more to improve power generation.

He said, “We agree with the privatisation of the power utilities but we believe it must go further to transmission.

“After the signing and hand-over ceremonies of the power assets, the real work of producing, transmitting and distributing power is really just beginning.

“The reason why the success seems elusive is that apart from the signing ceremony and handing over of the power assets, the hard work to connect the various parts of the power chain, supply gas, install transformers, complete substations has not been done.

“Studies show that we will require no less than 200,000 trained personnel to support the initiative to provide power and light up Nigeria.

“Apart from the inherent direct employment that this will bring, the reduction in cost of production, it would also reduce the burden of Nigerians, who spend a lot to generate their electricity.”

Religion / Bakare Blasts CAN, PFN For Endorsing Jonathan by dapojaja(m): 3:24pm On Feb 02, 2015
The Serving Overseer of the Latter Rain Assembly and Convener of the Save Nigeria Group, Pastor Tunde Bakare has lashed out at CAN and PFN for endorsing President Goodluck Jonathan for the 14 February presidential election at the expense of one of their own, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, the running mate to the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari.

Bakare, who had repeatedly called for the postponement of the elections, said during his sermon at the weekend that he learnt Christian leaders held a secret meeting where they endorsed Jonathan, saying that the reason Christian leaders said they won’t support him (Bakare) in 2011 when he was running mate to Buhari was because they claimed he was too controversial and had never contested any election before.

He asked: “Why have they refused to support Osinbajo who is not a radical in 2015?”

Bakare lamented that the development could lead to a sharp division within the church, insisting that because 2014 was not fixed, a dangerous storm would brew after the general elections since all the stakeholders have refused to heed his warning that the polls should be postponed.

In his sermon titled “The Sweet And Sour Ministry Of The Prophet”, Bakare said “a prophet is sent to bring change not build consensus,” adding that “ whenever you compromise what is right in order to gain acceptance with men, you lose acceptance with God.”

He said some of the compromising Christian leaders he often described as palace prophets, were only after their pockets, which was why they have queued behind Jonathan and rejected their ‘son’.

The biblical quotation, “He came unto his own, and his own received him not,” played out itself a few days ago when the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, rejected Pastor Osinbajo who came to them for support for his political ambition. They told him that they were for President Jonathan.

Leaders of CAN and PFN had met at the Redemption Camp of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, to pray for the nation and the forthcoming election, but the meeting turned out to be for a secret endorsement of Jonathan’s candidacy.

In attendance at the meeting, P.M.NEWS gathered, were Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer, RCCG; Bishop David Oyedepo of the Winners Chapel; Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, CAN President; Rev. Felix Omobude, PFN President; Pastor Paul Adefarasin, PFN Vice President; Pastor Wale Adefarasin of the Guiding Light Assembly and other key Christian leaders in the nation.

Pastor Osinbajo was also at the meeting to seek their blessing to support him and the candidacy of General Muhammed Buhari.

Pastor Paul Adefarasin was said to have broken the silence when he asked Adeboye who they should support since his ‘son’, Pastor Osinbajo is vying for the vice presidency with Buhari. They wanted Aeboye to say something and Osinbajo was watching as he believed that ‘Baba’ will certainly ask other leaders to endorse him, but he was disappointed.

Adeboye was said to have told them that he is a man under authority and that since he is under the authority of CAN and PFN, whoever they endorsed, he would support and go with them.

It was then that Oyedepo stood up and said he had prayed and that God was leading him to endorse and support Jonathan and that was the script the Christian leaders adopted at the expense of Osinbajo.

Instead of the meeting being for prayer for the nation, it was gathered that it turned out to be for the secret endorsement of Jonathan as all the leaders present except Osinbanjo agreed that CAN and PFN should go with Jonathan.

Osinbajo was not allowed to address the Christian leaders, giving the excuse that since the other contesting party was not present, they would not allow him to address the audience.

He was said to be downcast as his own rejected his aspiration.

CAN has been campaigning for Jonathan through messages being sent on Wasap to discredit the candidacy of Buhari in order to sway people to support Jonathan.

In one of the messages sent by CAN, it said that “during Babangida’s regime, he sold Nigeria to (Organisation of Islamic Countries) OIC” in order to Islamise Nigeria with an agreement that OIC will be supporting Nigeria financially and materially to accomplish their mission. And every year, Nigeria will be paying interest to OIC. So from IBB’s regime, Nigeria has been paying, until 1999 when Obasanjo who is a Christian came and stopped it for eight years.

“Then, in 2007 Yar’Adua came in and paid the outstanding debt of Obasanjo to OIC, with an interest and apology, he also paid his own from 2007 – 2010 and died. Goodluck Jonathan came in and stopped it for six years now and OIC constitution said that any member nation that stopped this payment for 10 years will be automatically excommunicated. Now GEJ has ruled Nigeria from 6th May, 2010 – 2015. He is seeking for 2nd tenure that will make it 10 years so that Nigeria will be delivered from the blood sucking Islamic religion,” CAN said in the text message, believed to be sponsored by Pastor Oritsejafor.

CAN further said that was why APC Presidential candidate, Buhari has been fighting to rule Nigeria since Obasanjo’s administration to date.

“Remember Nigeria’s 100 years centenary was in 2014. And any religion that starts to rule from this 2015 will take dominion till the next 100 years. Note: I am not campaigning for GEJ, but I am just revealing a secret to my fellow Christians to vote for religion. Forget Boko Haram. OIC masterminded it to distract us, it will soon be over.

“Nigeria did not have the monopoly of terrorism, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Egypt, Pakistan, Kuwait, Somalia, etc have. This entire nation has been fighting terrorism since in the 80s yet… Don’t personalize this secret please! Make sure you send it to all your friends and everybody around. May God bless you, as you will vote for a Christian President in Nigeria election – 2015. Remember, God will judge you for using your thumb to dig the grave of his Church –CAN,” the Wasap message said.

Politics / FG Approves Purchase Of 2,564 Patrol, Bomb Disposal Vehicles For Police by dapojaja(m): 3:03pm On Feb 02, 2015
President Goodluck Jonathan has approved the acquisition of over two thousand operational vehicles for the Nigerian Police to further forster the bid to protect lifes and property before, during and after the election.

Representing the President at the commissioning of 263 patrol vehicles for the Nigeria Police on Sunday, Vice President, Namadi Sambo, said the approval for the acquisition of 2,564 operational vehicles was given with the intention to see that the Police “provide the needed security and enhance their operation to ensure the conduct of free and fair elections.”

He said: “The procurement of these vehicles is aimed at boosting the capacity of the Nigeria Police Force to deliver effectively, efficiently and appreciably.

“A well-equipped and adequately motivated police force will assist in no small measure to assist in ensuring the security needed in the drive to economic growth and development of Nigeria.

“In view of the strong commitment of government to provide for the NPF within available resources, it is my hope that the gesture by government will be reciprocated by assisting the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in ensuring it conducts free elections this month.

“It is also expected that the deployment of these operational vehicles will translate to enhanced surveillance of our communities in order to improve security.”

Highlighting the efforts of government towards enhanced peace and security all over the country, the President urged all Nigerians to see themselves as Nigerians and see to the unity of the country, despite their political leanings.

He said: “I want to call on politicians, the aspirants, their supporters and their sympathisers to eschew all forms of violence and unlawful practices, both in words and conduct, before and after elections.

“Let us eschew any form of violence. We should condemn any form of violence before, during and after elections. We should know that elections will come and go but Nigeria will remain as one nation and one people.”

The Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba, in his opening speech, said approval for 2,564 operational vehicles was given by the President, but the first batch of the patrol cars comprising “170 Nissan NP300 hard body Patrol Pick up vans, 129 Nissan Frontier Double Cabin Patrol Vehicles, 50 Nissan Patrol 4WD Jeeps, 10 Toyota double cabin Armoured Patrol Vans and four Ford 550 model 4X4 state of the art Armoured Personnel Carriers” are ready for commissioning.

Asked if the remaining bulk will be available before the elections that are two weeks away, IGP Abba said, “Delivery particular when it is on production, you can’t make conclusions, but the most important thing is that the contract has been signed and the supply is coming from an indigenous company.”

Education / 2015 Polls: FG To Decide On Nationwide Closure Of Schools Today by dapojaja(m): 2:45pm On Feb 02, 2015
The Federal Government has summoned all commissioners of education nationwide to a meeting today, where the closure of both private and public schools in the country ahead of the February elections will be discussed.

There has been calls by students, parents and other stakeholders for the schools to be shut for at least two weeks, stating that recent developments within the country had clearly shown that schools are targets of violence.

The minister of Education, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau, who disclosed this at the weekend during a dinner with media executives and the Education Correspondents of Nigeria, ECAN, said “As far as the Federal Government and the Ministry of Education are concerned, nobody has made a statement concerning the closure of schools.

“However, we are aware that there are agitations and conflicting views with some stating that schools should be closed.

“To address this issue, the ministry has summoned all commissioners of education and other stakeholders for a meeting by Monday (today) 2pm so that the issue can be discussed.

“It is not just a matter of the ministry sitting in the office and dishing out directives. There is a need to meet with stakeholders so that the benefits or otherwise of the closure of schools can be discussed but with the interest of the nation first”.
