You will tell them that you have a ride already, dem go still dey tell you say make you cancel, and they go do you well [/color] Within late last year till date, I have landed at PH airport (thrice), Abuja aurport (once), Uyo (twice), Kano (once), Jos(once), Asaba (once) and warri (twice). To be very honest and from my experience, Lagos still one of the cheapest for me when it comes to booking ride to exit the airport. Maybe because I dey always trek out sha to that AP filling station (that may be a factor). In PH, it's usually between 20-25 to get to Tombia Gra, it's just about 50 mins to an hour. I did about the same amount in Abj to get to Aminu Kano.. Kano na airport taxi, the last one collected 25k to get us to that area where d non indigenes are ( can't remember now). I still get 10-12k average to v.i for MM2 on a regular. Once you're in other state, you're practically wasting your time booking a ride to exit the airport. Whatever fare you see on app, just do ×5 and start negotiating. |

momove4real25: There are many cases where people purchase land or landed property without perfecting their papers on the government side. There had been a case where a man purchased expanse of land, left the property without perfecting his papers. As at the time he was ready, he discovered there were even two other persons claiming same land. By the time he started making move to perfect his own title he discovered his own land encroaches on another, while investigating and he discovered the same vendor that sold land to him sold at the same time to the others. In this wise the said land has become a litigation matter. Do not wait for you to get duped or intruder to encroach your property before perfection your title. In conclusion, whenever you purchase a land or landed property ensure you perfect your title and if you can not afford that as at that moment; try and commit yourself to the government through documents that will be accepted by court. Government recognises a registered survey plan, also stamp duty on the family receipt, deed of assignment or purchase agreement issued to you. Hi, are you still offering this services? |

sunnymighty: Same with me, dem show me pepper. My car is right there in my premises where i parked it after body work and other repairs. I am happy seeing it there no be the money i dey take chop, i just felt i should have additional means of income. i don lock up as i dey so. In MOST CASES, and from experience nearly all rental partnership usually end in premium tears, with just few exceptions. I have spoken to some people that had those exceptions and they're really not doing anything different so it's a sprinkle of luck and having a KIND driver. I'll say that partners in reality never asked to earned more than driver rather they're asking for a FAIR share of the 'honey pot'. That seems to elude them. I gave my only car on the platform to a salary earner, do whatever you like with it, by month end when you collected your salary (which I know when), you will pay me! So maybe rental, HP or whatever, just have a partner that is WILLING TO PAY! Most ehailing driver, like their danfo driver counterpart are usually not ready to pay, most don't even like paying...If you have a car and you're planning to give it out and you're the busy type, you no like wahala, DO NOT VENTURE! You'll be better off selling off! The little money you'll get will go back into repair and the rest for Strepsils/Sorepills. You go shout tire. My best bet, buy a car, hit the road full-time or part-time! Sole proprietorship like Obed will say.. I still can't CALCULATE how 25k/35k or even 50k will give you 5m, the average cost of a naija Corolla. The gestation period is too long, doesn't make sound biz sense anymore. |

Djdamian: I'm planning to restart the business with a focus on rentals, I currently own three cars, since I work remotely and rarely drive, I don't need at least one of them for now.
However, the 30k weekly remittance is nothing to get excited about, especially since owners are responsible for most of the repairs.
I go just keep my cars jejely My trip from Genesis GRA-PH to airport was 20k and the trip lasted for about 45 to 50mins; while Lagos airport to Dolphin was crazy. Drivers were demanding for 20k.. I decided to take a walk outside towards AP station before we could get one for 13k... Omoapena that is asking for 8k per day knows what's he's doing...Driver maybe able to pay 7-8k per day but be unable to pay 8k*7= 56k. It's btw 6 and half a dozen! |

HelenaWills: Is 50k for maintenance even realistic? Or doesn't the maintenance include repairs and servicing? Well, you know it's just a month! Maintenance varies. You can spend more in some month and you can spend less in some month! I have done maybe two or three trips this year and I notice I have done like 150k on maintenance..I spend more on maintenance when am not driving! Have been traveling in and out of Lagos and anytime am back, I'll have to fix one thing in the car, even though the car was perfect when I left....am sure some full time driver may have spent less, so it varies. You can't really put a figure to it.... Some times, my car would serve me for 6-8 month stretch with just oil change and sometimes in just a month, I'll visit mech, rewire, panel, painter, just name it! |

43Ronin: On this one i say weldone Tinubu. I am not a blind hater. There has been no road from nembe to brass since the amalgamation of the contraption. My work carried me to brass and sometimes akassa via number and I can tell you that GEJ & ben-murray Bruce ate very useless to their people. Ben Murray Bruce is from Alaska, his people do not even clean water. Even the 247 light being supplied by Agip did not reach his hometown and even though there's an oando oil platform in his hometown, his people can't get jobs and are very poor. I have been to Nembe and brass before .First was around 2016 when I took the market boat from yenogoa to brass..it was about 6 hour journey..The longest have ever had...Later I went back around 2022 again .This time I took the speed boat..Very perilous journey..I won't do that again! I got robbed on the sea by pirate, my laptop and phone taken and some little cash .I won't do that journey AGAIN! This is a good news for me. I am happy I will be able to go again when the road is completed. Everything you said about Akassa and Bruce and Gej is 100% correct..Both of them abandon their people when they had the opportunity to help them . I have been to Minna.Did you see what IBB and Abdulsalam did in Minna? Reason why they're being worship so to say. TINUBU got this one right, kudos to him..Kudos to him.. |

Dogalmighty17: Pastor Korede is a fool. He should have kept his mouth shut. If Bishop Oyedepo didn't speak about it, why does Korede feel he should draw attention to himself and how much he gave? How much did he give to the widows as instructed by Oyedepo?
Since Korede wants to run his mouth, that car was principally pastor biodun fatoyinbo's idea. Of course Enenche, Ibiyieome also contributed and far more than 250m each.
I don't understand why pastor Korede felt the need to make this information public. Somethings are better left unsaid. This is negative publicity as far as I'm concerned.
This mouth Korede just ran will cause serious issues between him and Bishop Oyedepo. If a son contributed to buy a gift for a father and the father is silent on how that gift came about, the son doesn't go to town announcing it. Korede gave the smallest amount and yet he is the one announcing to the world about it. Biodun, Enenche and Ibiyieome who gave far more than him, kept quiet.
I will not be surprised if by tomorrow morning Bishop Oyedepo will send Korede 250m. There are things Oyedepo doesn't tolerate. That you gave him a gift and you went and announced it. You have entered his bad books for life. I agree with you. They waited for too long for baba to acknowledge 'them' publicly but oyedepo did not! So as expected, they have started doing it themselves.. Atleast, we now know for sure, that 4 pastors contributed money, one paid 250M.. Waiting to know what others paid! Personally, I think he's pained that he paid so much and he's yet to get some kind of recognition from the receiver...I pity anyone that still rate this guys |

From the pictures, you'll notice the trivalent metal plating on the cathode for the double iridium and single iridium types. It prevents fouling and extends service life of the plugs. These are only found in original NGK.

Alot of people had a very very bad experience with solar, after spending millions. My company had over 150 branch in Nig and we had solar in atleast a 100 outlet, my brother, what I notice is that everything usually work well for the first 3 to 6 month and after that na one story upon one story..We have changed vendor atleast thrice...What do we need to power? Just one AC, one Desktop, then some few POP bulb and maybe a fan, and two or 3 phones for staff that will want to charge their phone. I was reviewing some invoices recently and I notice we have spent over 250 million within 2023 till date on this venture. As at today, 80% of those solar in their respective branches are either not working at all or will give you less that 2 hour even if it's 100% charged...what we do now is to prevent our CEO from getting those info because how do we explain to her that all the solar that we spent hugely on is not working! It is ONLY here that I hear that solar is very GOOD, the experience OUTSIDE is opposite. It's okay if we need to sell our market tho. I have contacted a popular solar installer here, am planning to do an audit of all the job they did for us...Approval is what is delaying us from proceeding, everyone is scared to tell madam that her 250M don enter voicemail, quite painful because we sold the idea to her, now going back to tell her stories again My point is this, I am not saying solar is not good o, if you have good experience with it, then I'll consider you one of the few lucky ones. From my experience and that of those around me, the ratio is 20 bad review to one good review...We need to bridge that gap if solar is actually good.. 100% of my acquaintance now uses their solar to just power their FAN to have a good night sleep...Imagine spending 5 million on solar and after one year I ask you how far and the response is na only fan and bulb I dey use am power now o...You will see the frustration on their faces.... |

gbadexy: I've been using solar over 4 years. During the day, it can power all your power requirements within the kva of the inverter and solar panel specification better than phcn because its electricity is clean and stable. If you want it to power more powerful appliances, you simply increase the capacity of the solar panels and inverter. If you want it to last longer at night powering heavy appliances, simply increase the battery. The inverter is just like the petrol or diesel generator in capacity. I honestly try to avoid this solar discussion but something in me won't allow it..The truth is, you guys should not downplay people's experience..
