Already did my indigene verification today.All u nid z the indigene form,ur birth certificate,ur father's birth certificate,letter frm a relevant oba and letter frm d secretary of ur l.g to certify the claim dat you're frm lagos.The pple there wd just check ur name,ask for ur pume score then ask u the name of ur family hawz and other questions lyk dat...afta dat,they wud issue u a clearance form which you'd register and take for the central screening
