All the ingredients used industrially are there in all over local markets.

Buy Wheat, Maize, Red Millet, Sorghum, Ground Nut, Soya Beans, Roasted Cray Fish or Roasted Fish and Baby Powdered Milk.

Whash and Roast properly, all the grains, Nuts and Beans.

The mixture of the Whole grains to Nuts, Beans and Fish is 2:1. So if you buy 1Congo of each of the grains which makes 4Congos, the total Nuts, beans and fish should be 2Congos.

Mill the whole Roasted ingredients to granules add 2kg of Baby Powdered milk and 5cups of Sugar and mix thoroughly.

The first Six month should be exclusive Breastfeeding which means: YOU AS THE MOTHER IS MANDATED TO BE THE ONE **FEEDING ON THE HOMEMADE BABY FOOD** till when your baby can start feeding on the granulated homemade baby food.

A couple of days back, my wife put to bed using CS. Initially we had a baby before, I a know how complicated and painful the pregnancy and childbirth was.

Now I was in the theatre during the CS and I saw first hand how someone's abdomen was sliced open and the baby pulled out. I also saw how doctors were putting their hands into someone's abdomen and how they finally stitched her up. It wasn't an easy sight to behold. Right now, she's recovering, but the pain she's passing through is much.

To me, this is the highest form of sacrifice that someone can give for the family.

So to the men and husband out there..... before you ask your wife to be "what she is bringing to table", kindly think about the sacrifice they make in bringing your children to the world.

Are the Children not hers to? Or was it ONLY SPERM that brings forth the Children.

Both parties brings forth the child and they must Both take care of the child FINANCIALLY as well. It is irresponsible of A lady to think child bearing is a sacrifice. Sacrifices for who?

What you so is what you reap- If Childbearing is a Sacrifice then the THRUSTING AND THE RELEASE OF QUALITY SPEARM BY THE MAN IS a GIGANTIC SACRIFICE TOO.
