Well done Darenyx! Lovely!

I like this 2nd option better than the 1st, though from the cost perspective, it may be a more expensive option.

Thanks boss

Like magic. Are you able to share how the tank was sunk?

It's not magic.. there are alot of pictures to post , and resizing them before posting take some time...

So how do you remove all the cut bush from the land?

After clearing and pilling them up, I pay the waste disposal management to take them out ... it quite easy and affordable

You won't believe I've been on your thread since morning. No jokes (Today's actually a free day off activities) and I'm really impressed. I'm looking to start a new project by early next year. So I'll want to see what you can come up with. I want something unique cos I intend to give it a perfect finishing. It's actually for rent and located in PH. We'll talk in the morning.

Can I have a modern yet simple design for this?

3 Storey Building (4 floors) with a total of 8 flats to feature
3bedroom and 2bedroom flats with all rooms ensuite. Masters wardrobe 8ft wide, others 6ft
Spacious sitting/dining room
Masters bedroom
Spacious kitchen
Visitor's toilet
Parapet roofing
Front and back staircase demarcated

Thanks

I'm glad you like our works.. I got you covered on the design

The truth of the matter as regards cost/estimates for construction is that most clients funds/pockets may not actually match their taste ...

True, some quotes on here seem to be on the high side, but if you understand the Nigeria construction industry/market you won't be surprised, cost of materials are never stable, and when when they go up, they rarely decline ...

Truth be told though , there are various ways to cut cost of construction, from the design phase to finishing level, but the big question is if you are ready to accept these alternatives.. we do most things not because we need them or even like them, but because we have seen it somewhere else ..

Who says you must have all bedrooms ensuite?
Who says you must have large bedrooms/kitchen/living room?
Who says you can't build with all Nigerian tiles ?
Who says you must screed your house in and out ?
Wo says you must use pop ceiling ?
Who says you must use casement Windows?

I can go on and on.

Building an affordable home is very possible , but it's all about what you are ready to let go and what you are willing to settle with ...

Talk to your designer/architect/engineer and tell them the amount you are willing to spend on your building/proposed project, and with a little compromise here and there, you can be able to get what makes you happy ...

Cheers
