I don’t pay half block as one that is over paying the bricklayer. If I supply 500blocks, I will pay for the 500blocks and make sure it is used there.

That’s exactly how I work , I pay for blocks supplied and nothing more, half blocks can’t be counted as 1

chekitaut has good supply quality when he eventually delivers , but my issue with him is that he makes up too much stories when he is unable to deliver

Good evening, the last one I did at evbodia community off airport road cost about 3.5m, but for a standard house budget between 2.5m - 3m

Hi Mr Darenyx, Have to say I've gone through this thread from page 1 to now page 55 and I most say you are quite gifted, your work stands out. Pls a quick enquiry, How many self contain (bed sitter) and a mini flat (one room and parlour) can a 2 storey building contain on a plot of land 50 by 100 with parking space. Tanks.

We can easily work out between 4-6 flats per floor that between 12 to 18 flats in total
