Is it professionally wrong to break the german floor & insert starter bar after it has been done, or it is compulsory to cast it along with the dpc if they are on the same level?

Not wrong.. but it's not the right way of doing it.. it's waste of materials , time and manpower

Yea ... But after we done with the decking it would be cut to size ...

Nope..the starter bar will just start from a lower level.. but by the time we done with filling the compound and interlocking we would be on thesame level with just one step into the two wings and same with the stairwell...

But we don't want concrete underneath the stairwell but interlocking .. hence it's left the way it is

When the stairwell and the german floor is on thesame level.. you sure can.. but in this case the starter bar would be done from the foundation level

Yea.. it's an open stairwell and its going to be done along with the reinforced concrete slab.. updates on that would be posted on here shortly... Thanks
