The design is sitting on a rather small plot less than 162sq.m and cover almost 90% of the land mass

Project duration : 6weeks

The one bedroom bungalow (Bq) is attached to the security outpost ... The main building is much more bigger

The idea is to have a gen house, gate house and security house in one building ... On the ground floor we have a generator house and a mini flat (1 bedroom apartment ) while on top we have the security house/outpost ..

Do you believe this is a gatehouse ��
