1. do u mean this building consists of 16 units of room and parlour self contain? or just self contain?
2. how many cars can park conveniently inside d compound?
3. if answer to question 1 is positive, would dis design be approved by the lagos state town planning?

1. Its mini flats (a room a d a parlour ) not self contain
2. For the plot as it is, 12 car park
3. Its going to be in an estate with no major roads . So hopefully regulations would be relaxed to enable it pass through as approval would be handled by the estate authorities
