Rodgers has got him playing almost perfectly as a brilliant shield for the back four and as a support for the attacking midfielders

You are both in the same team and with the same coach and yet, you can't thrive too. Then it not the team's system or coach. Its the player's problem

Una no dey tire? Is this the biggest problem on this forum?

This the offseason for the NBA and not many posters on this forum are interested in the NFL, a handful come here to talk about the game once in a while and you have a problem with it? I am not interested in an NFL thread with 2 posters that will disappear because of a lack of activity. We discuss the MLB, NHL, MMA, boxing, athletics, and other sports that don't generate as much attention here but the focus remains the NBA.

October 13 Friendly: We respect, not fear Brazil–Esiti

sportinglife.ng Sep 27, 2019 5:51 PM
Super Eagles player, Anderson Esiti has revealed he and his colleagues have great respect for Brazil but it does not translate into fear for the five-time world champions.

Eagles do not fear Brazil
Esiti will be in Singapore
The Greece based midfielder who baring his mind head of next month’s international friendly against the Samba Boys at the National Stadium in Singapore which would be the second meeting between both teams.

“We can, we have a lot of exciting young players who can play; like we’ve been doing here in Europe,” the midfielder told www.brila.net.

“Indeed we respect them (Brazil), but we don’t fear them and this is football; anything can happen.”
Okay.

I hope this translates to a very good performance and not a display of unparalleled carpentry

Because if there is one thing I know about NPFL coaches, it is that the majority of them are local champions.

How come many of them can't even win CAF champions league? Or at least get to the finals?

If they can't do that, how can they then use the same local boys to win WAFU? Isn't that overstretching it a bit?

First of all you have no business being in this thread in the first place if you ain't an aspirant, and secondly you didnt ask any questions rather you already concluded that I'm supporting the dearth of modern fighting equipments in the army, which is totally false. Some people on this same thread know how vigorously I do campaign/solicit on other military thread for the authorities to see to the modernization of our military equipment-wise.
The fact that I said some people are ready to join even if it means them fighting with a cutlass doesn't suggest or mean that is what they will be going into battle with, any discerning mind will understand my drift, when I only meant that people that go into the NA with such mentality won't find anything they encounter in the army strange because they are psychologically prepared for the task ahead not the hoards of lily livered sissies that only want to join the military to intimidate civilians and helpless citizens, the military as an institution is far above that and is reserved for the most noble men.
You don't have the right to tell me where or where I can't post or which thread to follow.

While I have always admired your depth of research and knowledge, I feel its poor humour to taunt those who "chicken out" in the face of reality because the truth is, terrorism has become big business among the elite and their international backers while the foot soldiers suffer heavy casualties at the front.

If I am going to give my life, it should be for a good cause and not for a game of chess and 'big business" among a few corrupt criminals in uniform. If you call it cowardice, then I call the generals common thieves and the blood of the fallen soldiers will bring their day of reckoning as fast as possible

Nawaooooooo....... Local man is flabbergasted........ The only thing killing the soldiers is that it has been compromised...... Other than that even the 1972 AKs still dey blow person head comot....

Winning a war when the inside has been sold out is hard...... You only try to survive against all odds....... Afterall people are there who are still up and kicking..... If you can't beat them.... Crave out ur own survival method..... When the 5years is out you will be posted out of there to another place ......

But I keep wondering why those light army hilux are still in patrol in Red zone areas in Borno..... When we have armoured vehicles being assembled by Pro Force..... But Las Las those jihadist d snatch everything...... Armoured vest nkohuhhuh...,,,,,,,, Maybe it's because of the heat but the extra weight of the vest....army officers no just send the vest.....

Anyways.... I decided to start jogging today........after my pop in March... I had stopped jogging............

My experience today was funny..... Was expecting to complete my 3.2km less than 30minutes like before...... But I ran out of gas at 1.5km....i was even seeing stars sef and one yeye shit come dey hold me...... Chai.... I come take break siddon reason my life for like 15mins...... After regaining strength I come begin run again...... Las las na 40minutes I use finish am........ I don slack..... Maybe na because I had stop for so long........

Well na to keep practicing till am closer to the required time.....

The funny thing be say.... As I come back the shit no come worry me again until this evening
Thank God for your first paragraph. You are seeing the truth unlike the manner of some here.

The once respected NA has been compromised. Even common night googles, the NA can not produce en masse..

Won't be surprised if the weapons budgeted to procure weapons are being shared among the terrorists so the war can continue. Yet, they say the soldiers should die like men, bla bla bla.

I hope y'all survive the ordeal in the Northeast. Good luck to y'all.

Firstly, you don't necessarily need to get an expensive hall, open giant tent is ok and you will get your decoration fixed just like it's done in the hall....

Secondly, you could even do open grass wedding during dry season in an hotel that has an open field in the evening...you won't pay more than 20k or 40k max for rentage, decoration fees including Chauvari chairs, flowers( Mat flower and cherry blossom flower)100 to 200k (100 chairs) if you want more depending on your pocket. Finally, the rest will go into caterer and other things ....from that 1m you will still buy your 35k suit and bridal gown 40 to 50k it might be lesser depending on the maker......so plan well bro.
Must you guys wed in Lagos

Go back to your respective home towns and rent one big Secondary School hall for 50-100k. And anybody wey no fit come na him own be DAT.

Going through comments here laugh go nearly kee!! person. Those of you that registered but having a second thought, wetin una wan find come army? Lack of employment? Pursue babes?etc better surprise awaits Una type.
If I show some of una pure violence from both Bokoharam and NA if you see khaki you go dey run. Some people have already start giving excuses of obsolete weapon even before joining grin as if when you registered you didn't hear about it. For those that don't know, Cowardice in the army carries a death sentence, you can pick up the HTACOS and see for yourselves, know what you're getting yourselves into.
That being said some people are even ready to go to the fronts armed with only a cutlass, for such people service to fatherland irrespective of the challenges is paramount, when they join with such mindset nothing they face on the job will be new to them. If you join the Army you will die!! if you don't join the army, you will die!!! dying is not the problem, how you die is what makes you a man.
So, are you glorifying the use of obsolete weapons to fight an internationally backed terrorist group?

Are you justifying thieving generals in the army?

Are you praising ineptitude of military leaders that has cut short the lives of promising young officers?

What sort if nonsense is "how you die makes you a man"?

I'd rather did for a country that gives me the latest and best and guarantees my family will be well taken care of when I die than a country that maltreats their own men.

Its people like you glorifying mediocrity instead of calling leaders to order that makes them to continue to take us for a ride.

Your statement is demoralizing and inhuman. How can an army in this century not provide common uniforms, helmet and bulletproof vest to their soldiers? Let's not even talk of absence of mortars, artillery, tanks and air support. Yet, you are busy saying how you die makes you a man. Are you sure?

Are our soldiers dying like men or like chickens taken to an abbatoir for slaughter?

Onuachu and Odey both on the bench for Genk in their Jupiler league game vs Sint Truiden.
The truth is:

We currently have just three potent attackers in the SE: Osimhen, Chukwueze and Kalu. The others are either bench warmers or are playing poorly (except for Olayinka but I want to observe his consistency).

Someone should tell our buys that dying your hair yellow or blue doesn't guarantee good football. All this hot and cold form of Iwobi and the others snt good for our football or their careers; Iwobi especially. Someone we hope would be our creative mastermind in the midfield blowing hot or cold isn't a good sign for us. He seems to just disappear against top teams.
